Food was awful. Miso Mahi Mahi was way too salty. Goat Tacos app was too spicy (no mention of spice in menu) and greasy. House salad was drenched in syrupy sweet dressing.

As always, the food was delicious. I ordered a rare ribeye, but it arrived medium, so I had to send it back. The replacement steak was perfectly rare and absolutely fantastic. My son, who only intended to have a bite, ended up devouring more than half of it! The other main dishes were excellent as well.

Wow, the food was excellent as was the service! FORC is a gem that has the quality, service and presentation of the Big Island resorts without as much trouble getting a reservation (for now! and without the air of exclusivity found on the beach resorts while being top notch in their own right. Well done guys!
