"Fast forward to today, and the restaurant is now being managed by an unpleasant woman who is in charge of the phones and overall management. I had an issue with an order where there was no delivery person available to pick it up after we placed it. After waiting an hour, she refused to deliver the food or process a refund. At first, I was confused, thinking she may have misunderstood me, but it became clear that she outright refused to provide service.
Upon looking into it, I discovered that she has been reported to the labor board multiple times for refusing sales or service to various customers. It seems the restaurant may soon face closure, but in the meantime, I recommend exercising caution if you decide to visit."
