"Fast forward to today, and the restaurant is now being managed by an unpleasant woman who is in charge of the phones and overall management. I had an issue with an order where there was no delivery person available to pick it up after we placed it. After waiting an hour, she refused to deliver the food or process a refund. At first, I was confused, thinking she may have misunderstood me, but it became clear that she outright refused to provide service. Upon looking into it, I discovered that she has been reported to the labor board multiple times for refusing sales or service to various customers. It seems the restaurant may soon face closure, but in the meantime, I recommend exercising caution if you decide to visit."

The food is excellent, but it's disappointing that they never answer the phone. They have so much potential.

Everything here is incredible! I live in Ohio, but I always visit this place whenever I'm in Brooklyn. It's definitely the best spot around! View menu

Piccolos pizza never ceases to amaze and the homemade sauce is really what sets them apart from other shops in the neighborhood. Cannot recommend enough!

The salad I had was a good portion and tasted delicious. The woman who works there is very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely return since it's conveniently located in my neighborhood.

For a small, local pizza parlor Piccolo's is a very solid local Brooklyn place. Good menu, their food is a bit above average for NYC and the owner is super nice. They could easily be the best pizzeria in like 30 other states. : View menu

I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area looking for a meal. It's a fantastic place to visit and support local businesses. The owners and staff are dedicated and genuinely good people. Personally, I love this place and would strongly encourage others to try it out!

I had an excellent experience with the customer service at Piccolo's Pizza. The staff had a wonderfully positive attitude and were very helpful in suggesting various menu items that weren’t listed online. Additionally, their prices are significantly lower than those of other local pizzerias. I highly recommend Piccolo's Pizza!

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
