"I called twice to ask if they could park the car in front of me—just like they had done with me—so I could quickly grab the forgotten condiments and leave, but no one answered, even though it wasn't busy. When I finally got to the window, I just wanted a refund. The staff chatted for a few minutes after I returned the food with my receipt and card. After another 5-10 minutes of waiting, they came back with my original receipt and card, but there was no proof of a refund.
The girl who appeared to be the manager, with reddish hair, said they needed to keep the refund receipt. I couldn’t believe it—how is it acceptable in retail to not provide proof of a refund and expect the customer to be okay with it? I insisted on receiving a copy of the refund document. After some frustrating back-and-forth, I finally got it, but it shouldn’t have been this difficult. I’m extremely disappointed."
