"I want to start this off by saying I am a huge Panda fan. I go there very often but this is one of the worst experiences I 've had at any fast food place and it is 100% the managers fault. I placed a online order at 3:40, my pick up time was 4:05. The manager on shift was Esosa. I walked in and the place was obviously very very busy and the workers were overwhelmed you could see it all over their faces. I asked for my order and this young man whom I didn 't get the name of said it would be coming out soon although it was already past the pick up time. I waited over 5/10 minutes and he came back and said they should be starting on it now. The whole time I was waiting after that I saw my order sitting on the counter with only the rice in it. 13 people in total (not including drive through) came in after us and all received their order/ and were able to leave before us. I was extremely upset as I had already waited for 20 minutes and have received no word except it 's being made . The workers were running around helping everyone, most doing more than one thing at once... and what was the manager doing? Absolutely nothing. You could tell they needed HELP, HELP not being bossed around while already working an extremely busy rush. She was trying to clean while there was an overflow of orders and not enough help. She tripped the poor boy who helped us and a few others with the broom trying to SWEEP while they were running back and forth trying to get everything under control. She was also squeezing herself in the food station area where the most chaos was trying to clean the area that wasn 't even dirty. All she was doing was slowing everyone down and visibly making it worse. Not only that she made eye contact with me multiple times as I was visibly upset waiting for 25+ minutes on my unstarted order and proceeded to ask all of the other people waiting if they needed help, except me. Finally a very sweet boy I believe his name was Jeremiah who was on HIS BREAK sat down beside us and noticed we had been waiting a while and asked if he could help. I explained the situation and he got up during his rest time and helped me. Turns out they were behind on making food, and what I had ordered was pushed back and was made last. I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes but I was over it and asked for double of what I already had. Jeremiah proceeded to help finish my order, and when he finished, the original chicken I ordered was ready so on the house he gave me a large container for the inconvenience. THAT is a true worker, so thank you Jeremiah and all of the other staff that was on hand trying to do what they could for us while their lousy manger sat around and did nothing. I received my order a few minutes shy from 4:40. I would like to add that I understand the position of a manager is different from those of serving and cook staff but in a rush hour like this where everyone is visibly in need of help, that is when she should have stepped in and got things under control AT THE VERY LEAST she could have paid any mind to me and asked if I needed help. Might I add I over heard her bossing one of the workers around telling them to hurry up and just get it done because she 's already complaining . Terrible service from you Esosa. And you could have made everything in that store go smoothly if you decided to pitch in some extra help rather than slowing everyone down."

The food was the worst. I love Panda Express but this location food made me not want to go to another one because it was such a disappointment. The food is making it's way to the trash, complete waste of money.

This location has a limited menu than most that I've visited. They did not have Teriyaki Chicken on their menu! There were vagrants loitering and panhandling in the front of the restaurant so we decided to use the drive thruFood: 2/5 View menu

This place is NNNAAASSSTTTTYYYY!!!!! They were eating on the floor while serving food!! No gloves, nothing. Like I work at fast food. I know what to do and not to do. And that is definitely not okay.. tried calling and reporting it and of course they don't wanna answer.

I loved the food and the new security outside the door. They have a digital door code that you have to receive at the food line entrance. Because of this new feature the bathroom was spotless clean and with real liquid soap, paper towels and a very clean toilet. I write this because currently most fast food places are without amenities and usually filthy.

We have came here a few times an hour and half before closing. EVERY single time they are always out of items. I suggested 4 different entrees and they were out of each one. The lady at the drive thru was rude as well!! Done with this place! And by the looks of the other reviews they all agree the same. Better management needed in their inventory and workers. View menu

This is without a doubt the only bad experience I have ever had at any panda express ever. I deliberately chose entrées that were not my preference solely because those entrées were already prepared and I did not have time to wait. They prepared my plate in front of me, and then set it behind approximately 20 other orders 10 minutes later I’m still waiting to pay for my plates and they’re making me wait behind everyone else that is waiting to have an entrée prepared. I have no problem whatsoever waiting in line, but there was no good reason for this.

I came at 8pm ordered on drive thru and told me 5 minute wait for an entree, I’m like ok that’s fine got to the window they said go around and get in line I’m like wait that will be over 10 minute wait since there were about 10+ cars in line. I’m like can’t someone just walk out and give me my order? They said no for safety of the employees I’m like I get it bc of the area but I wasn’t gonna wait too much so I politely asked for a refund instead the manager comes up very rude telling other employee idk why she wants a refund she knew she had to wait yeah! 5 minutes! Just give me my refund so I can leave! Employees are just lazy! I went to the location on west road they need some pointers fro...

"Food good. Location good. Service good. BUT, the hidden charges REALLY ruined an otherwise nice experience. Example: HH menu lists Martinis as a $3 upcharge to the $7 base charge. Fair enough. Bombay is a listed alcohol; requested. When the bill was returned I was charged for a Bombay Sapphire which is not on the HH list. Charge? $11 $3. I asked for Bombay, not Bombay Sapphire. Waiter: Oh, let me look into that. AND, by the way Blue Cheese olives? Extra $1. REALLY? I 've NEVER paid extra for BC olives ANYWHERE. AND the confusing menus that a dish as including an extra sauce, [and I don 't recall the exact language but it made it seem that an additional items could be selected as well. Oops, there goes an extra $10.95. AND, the waiter recommending a twice-baked potato. Bah, boom, another $5.95. [which in fairness is disclosed on the menu in a different location, but waiter made it sound as if it was a no-charge option on the surf and turf. AND the split plate charge which I don 't think was disclosed on the menu. Ding, ding, extra $3.00. Was this a waiter, who was overly up-selling or restaurant deception? Don 't know. As I said, the food WAS good. AND, the ambience [at least in the bar area, stay away of the hotel-ballroom-like main dining area was nice. Just beware the nickel and dime charges that the waiter won 't be disclosing to you."
