"I want to start this off by saying I am a huge Panda fan. I go there very often but this is one of the worst experiences I 've had at any fast food place and it is 100% the managers fault. I placed a online order at 3:40, my pick up time was 4:05. The manager on shift was Esosa. I walked in and the place was obviously very very busy and the workers were overwhelmed you could see it all over their faces. I asked for my order and this young man whom I didn 't get the name of said it would be coming out soon although it was already past the pick up time. I waited over 5/10 minutes and he came back and said they should be starting on it now. The whole time I was waiting after that I saw my order sitting on the counter with only the rice in it. 13 people in total (not including drive through) came in after us and all received their order/ and were able to leave before us. I was extremely upset as I had already waited for 20 minutes and have received no word except it 's being made . The workers were running around helping everyone, most doing more than one thing at once... and what was the manager doing? Absolutely nothing. You could tell they needed HELP, HELP not being bossed around while already working an extremely busy rush. She was trying to clean while there was an overflow of orders and not enough help. She tripped the poor boy who helped us and a few others with the broom trying to SWEEP while they were running back and forth trying to get everything under control. She was also squeezing herself in the food station area where the most chaos was trying to clean the area that wasn 't even dirty. All she was doing was slowing everyone down and visibly making it worse. Not only that she made eye contact with me multiple times as I was visibly upset waiting for 25+ minutes on my unstarted order and proceeded to ask all of the other people waiting if they needed help, except me. Finally a very sweet boy I believe his name was Jeremiah who was on HIS BREAK sat down beside us and noticed we had been waiting a while and asked if he could help. I explained the situation and he got up during his rest time and helped me. Turns out they were behind on making food, and what I had ordered was pushed back and was made last. I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes but I was over it and asked for double of what I already had. Jeremiah proceeded to help finish my order, and when he finished, the original chicken I ordered was ready so on the house he gave me a large container for the inconvenience. THAT is a true worker, so thank you Jeremiah and all of the other staff that was on hand trying to do what they could for us while their lousy manger sat around and did nothing. I received my order a few minutes shy from 4:40. I would like to add that I understand the position of a manager is different from those of serving and cook staff but in a rush hour like this where everyone is visibly in need of help, that is when she should have stepped in and got things under control AT THE VERY LEAST she could have paid any mind to me and asked if I needed help. Might I add I over heard her bossing one of the workers around telling them to hurry up and just get it done because she 's already complaining . Terrible service from you Esosa. And you could have made everything in that store go smoothly if you decided to pitch in some extra help rather than slowing everyone down."
