"Let's begin with what was good..... the steak, that's where it begins and ends. The atmosphere is old and worn with hideous decorations. The wine was sub par, the Cajun calamari was overcooked and came out so fast it must've been prepared way beforeand then threw in the fryer to warm it. We sent it back. The cream of spinach was like wall paper paste. And worst of all therack of lamb (suppose to be med rare) was med well and had absolutely no flavor. Our waiter was nice enough, but we asked for ataste of wi e and got a full glass. He also seemed to be in a rush all the time, yet the restaurant was almost empty. Thegentlemen from the kitchen who served the food looked miserable. I truly don't understand how they are still in business andgetting good reviews at these prices! Unfortunately, we also sat next to a table of a family with three kids and grandparentswho thought it was a playground."

"I have never written a negative review for anything but I think I have to after having eaten here tonight. We hadn't been to Frank's in over 10 years and, before tonight, we remember it being of good quality. We wanted some good steaks tonight, so we went there.Well our experience was not really good at all. First, no one was available when we walked in to seat us. The bartender saw that we walked in and ignored us. There were only one or two other tables seated (it was only around 4pm when we got in there . One of us tried to find someone to seat us, and we did and then we were promptly seated in a completely empty section (which was fine .The waiter, who seemed most preoccupied in being attentive to the table of women who were there without men, really ignored us most of the time, other than the requisite initial drink and food orders. We had to flag him down two times by getting two other people to help us find him (for another drink one time, and to get the check the 2nd time . He never came over to ask how the food was after it came out (and mine was undercooked, but I learned years ago from people I know who work in restaurants that you NEVER return your food in even fancy places! Some members of the staff in a lot of places have a field day with your food when you do! .When we asked for the check, he never even asked if we wanted dessert (and we did! . He was way too preoccupied with the few female patrons at their tables (I believe there were 2 other seated tables .The food the garlic steak had little to no garlic taste. Same thing with the garlic spinach. Surprising, when they bill that the garlic is a big part of the meal. The food wasn't bad it just was uh and certainly not of the quality that warrants a $225.00 check for two people.Usually, we have a good experience at any restaurant we go to. We felt it was important to note this. It might just have been an off time and the waiter would probably have more success on dating apps than trying to flirt with the women in the place who aren't with men."

"I will never order from this establishment again. I placed a delivery order for a Large Orange Chicken and rice and two egg rolls. I was charged $51.31. It didn't make sense to me at all. I was pressed for time and my son was hungry so I paid the fee. After being told my credit card wasn't accepted, he asked if I would pay cash when the delivery guy showed up and I agreed. When the guy showed up, he told me that they added $20.00 to my order as a delivery fee. It then made sense why my food was so high. This should've been initially disclosed, especially when I live less than a mile from the restaurant. They guy still expected a tip, and I realized the next day that they had also charged my credit card. I was charged twice. I called back to request my credit card funds and I was blown off and told he will refund me the next day. I am currently waiting for my refund. I do not reccommend this place."

"The service is terrible. If your paying these kind of prices you expect a lot more from the servers than watching them fold napkins and talk about the weekend. There 's full tables and people spending money. The people sitting at our table never received their alcoholic beverages. It wasn 't until the bill came that it was pointed out to the server. Mistake after mistake, and all he said was I 'll take care of it right now! Too late! I won 't be coming back here ever. It seems like more of a staffing issue than anything. I wish my experience here was something positive. Treat your customers a lot better so they will come back."

"We love coming to MASA for work lunches. Almost every time we come with more than people (this time was it takes a long time to get food. Our server was attentive when it came to drinks but seemed distracted while taking orders and couldn't remember who ordered what when she came back to bring us the food. I asked for regular soy sauce and never received it. She set my appetizer down in front of my boss across from me and he started eating them because he wasn't there when I ordered and thought it was for the table. I'll continue to come to MASA because I love the food. Just wish the large parties were taken care of just as well as the smaller ones."

"A disappointing dining experience to say the least. The establishment was completely empty at 5pm. First red flag. Nobody. In the theater district no less on a Thursday night, right before graduation. Ordered the tuna sashimi, Cleveland onion soup and a filet. The tuna wasn't bad, but zero sauce ? no soy, no ponzu. Lots of avocado and fluff. Not bad though. Cleveland onion soup was very tasty. Best item I ordered. For some terrible reason our entrees were served three at a time. We had nine in our party, 9, then after waiting at least 5 minutes, no joke, three more came. Then, again, after waiting five more minutes, the final three came. It took at least 10 minutes from the first entee placed to the final was set. Food was cold by this time. Ridiculous. Our server was completely unfazed serving us this way. More on him later. Then my entree. I ordered my filet medium. When served, by just looking at it, I could tell it was under temp. I sliced it, and it was blue rare. Very cold center. After waiting a couple minutes, we found another server to take my food back for a recook. Everyone was finished eating at this point when my food was returned. Only now it was still rare, was a slightly less cold center. I think it just sat under a heat lamp. I was starving and couldn't wait for a third recook. Ate what I could. The quality of the meat seemed great, unfortunately the chef there clearly could care less about proper temperatures. No manager appearance either...... Our server forgot drink orders, couldn't be found, and auctioned of food at the table. Just couldn't grasp marking a table as to who got what. On the way out, we saw a cook relaxing at the bar, guess he had a rough shift,,,,, it 6:30....... So many choices to dine downtown, this is not one to impress a guest."

"I won't be returning, thank you. The food was incredibly disappointing. Every dish we ordered was overly sweetened, which I found concerning—what if someone were diabetic? I had requested vegetables, not dessert! The veggies were drowning in an unappealing gray liquid. As for the spring roll, there was nothing “spring” about it; it was just deep-fried, over-seasoned luncheon meat. How difficult is it to stir-fry some vegetables or include greens in a spring roll? Apparently, that’s too much to ask at this restaurant."

"Service was poor to my friends and myself just because my friends were of another race than me. The food was awful because it was under cooked and the portion size of the sides were very small compared to others in the restaurant. And everyone in the restaurant was staring at all of us making us feel very uncomfortable. We will never be eating from here ever again."

"Location atmosphere were good. Definitely need to hire some help with service as it was pretty packed for a Monday lunch.Sadly, the food was lacking. Ordered the Kinnara sampler ... the crispy shrimp was exceptional, but the chicken satay was more like a kabob, the shumai dumplings were dense the spring rolls had too much wrapper compared to filling. Collectively, it was more of a small entree than a light fair appetizer. For an entree, I had the Street Pad Thai with chicken. A little heavy on the oil, but the flavor was good. I 'd go easy on the spice level next time as medium was basically hot for me. My friend had the Tom Yum soup loved it! She also had the Red Curry with chicken, but definitely needed more spice."

"I absolutely love this restaurant! The service is always friendly and quick. You can really taste the quality in the food, and each sauce they offer is incredible! It outshines any other Chinese restaurant I've tried, without a doubt!"

"My son wanted to try something new for his birthday and Aloha Steaks was a top choice. We looked at the menu on Open Table and were heavily hooked. We first booked for 4, but the family wanted to come as well. We called and asked if they could accommodate 11 instead of 4 and they happily obliged. The party of 4 arrived a bit early for our reservation but the hostess assured us that it wasn't a problem and that our table was ready. She sat us and our waitress, Tori, quickly introduced herself and started us off with water while we waited for the rest of our party to arrive. Tori was very attentive. She made sure to check up on us as we were waiting for our party to arrive. Once the party arrived we began to order. The Megahawk Steak was awesome. Cooked perfectly. One of our party members (my mother) had her steak overcooked. Tori was quick to correct the mistake and brought her out a brand new properly cooked Ribeye. The food was very good 4 out of 5 stars but Tori was the reason I'd give Aloha Steaks a 5 out of 5. Highly recommend eating here and asking for Tori to be your server. This may be biased as I didn't have any other server help us but out of a lot of steakhouses I've been to, Tori is by far the best server I've had the privilege of being served by. Mahalo Aloha Steaks, especially Tori, for making my son's experience memorable. We'll definitely be back."

"Golden Fu Wah is consistently the best Chinese and Chinese-American in the county. I have never been disappointed by my experience here, and I am often impressed by the quality of the ingredients used to prepare dishes. On our most recent visit, we ordered orange chicken with broccoli, vegetable chow nein, and hot sour soup. The chicken was tender and moist with sauce that was flavorful but not overly sweet. I could tell that real orange peel zest had been used to flavor the sauce, not just sugar like budget places. The soup was perfect. Just the right consistency, not too watery or too thick. The spice hits on the first spoonful, and it stays with you without detracting from the flavor of the dish. I highly recommend Golden Fu Wah for a big lunch or a ... well, a big dinner, too. The portions are generous, and even though I'm a big eater, I always have leftovers. Be sure to ask for Sing if you call to place an order. She is super friendly, attentive, and always eager to make sure that customers feel welcome."

"I've ordered catered lunches from Colette's four times now for my colleagues at work, and every time the service is GREAT, the food is DELICIOUS, and you can't beat the price. We have a group of 15 and they go bonkers over the lasagnas both meat and veggie. Just got a bunch of different signature sandwiches off the catering menu and everyone is happy. 100% on time and accurate delivery of large orders. I'm a fan."

"We stopped at this restaurant on our way to Billings and were greeted by a nice atmosphere and friendly staff. However, the food was a bit disappointing. We both started with the cheesy broccoli soup, which lacked seasoning and tasted a bit bland. We then ordered the 8oz Bison Sirloin for $35 each, but were surprised to find that the steaks had no seasoning at all. The server had offered Cajun or Montreal seasoning, but we declined assuming the steak would come seasoned as is standard. We later found out that the Montreal seasoning was the basic salt and pepper seasoning. The Bison Sirloin did not have the distinct flavor of Bison and tasted more like a regular steak. The fries were the highlight of the meal. Unfortunately, my fiance refused to eat his steak and I had to add a lot of salt and pepper to mine to try and improve the flavor. Although the restaurant has potential, there should be more clarity on how the steaks are prepared and seasoned. While I would consider giving this place another chance, I would advise asking about the seasoning in detail before ordering."
