"The service is terrible. If your paying these kind of prices you expect a lot more from the servers than watching them fold napkins and talk about the weekend. There 's full tables and people spending money. The people sitting at our table never received their alcoholic beverages. It wasn 't until the bill came that it was pointed out to the server. Mistake after mistake, and all he said was I 'll take care of it right now! Too late! I won 't be coming back here ever. It seems like more of a staffing issue than anything. I wish my experience here was something positive. Treat your customers a lot better so they will come back."

Whenever I'm in Fresno, I always make it a point to visit this restaurant. Their sushi rolls are significantly larger than those at other places—they're enormous! Additionally, the portion sizes are quite generous.

Good food, bad service. Every time I come I always enjoy the food but always find myself waiting to order or grab the attention of a waiter while at the sushi bar/dine in. I wait longer for my tab than it takes me to eat.. My cup will be empty for over 10 minutes and they pass by asking every table if they need anything but manage to skip me. Needs new management.

Very disappointed. Their bacon fried rice is good and a lot of their staff is great but they are not accommodating and have some very rude service girls. Also DO NOT ORDER THE SCALLOP AND SALMON OR YOU WILL GET THIS COLD CONGEALED PATTY served in tin foil.I wondered why they told me it would stick to the flat top when I asked for it to be cooked that way.. Japanese Kitchen is BYFAR better in every way!!!!!!!!!
