A Gem in a horrible location food is always fresh and the staff is always super friendly

The food was the worst. I love Panda Express but this location food made me not want to go to another one because it was such a disappointment. The food is making it's way to the trash, complete waste of money.

This location has a limited menu than most that I've visited. They did not have Teriyaki Chicken on their menu! There were vagrants loitering and panhandling in the front of the restaurant so we decided to use the drive thruFood: 2/5 Visualizza piatti

This place is NNNAAASSSTTTTYYYY!!!!! They were eating on the floor while serving food!! No gloves, nothing. Like I work at fast food. I know what to do and not to do. And that is definitely not okay.. tried calling and reporting it and of course they don't wanna answer.

I loved the food and the new security outside the door. They have a digital door code that you have to receive at the food line entrance. Because of this new feature the bathroom was spotless clean and with real liquid soap, paper towels and a very clean toilet. I write this because currently most fast food places are without amenities and usually filthy.

We have came here a few times an hour and half before closing. EVERY single time they are always out of items. I suggested 4 different entrees and they were out of each one. The lady at the drive thru was rude as well!! Done with this place! And by the looks of the other reviews they all agree the same. Better management needed in their inventory and workers. This is without a doubt the only bad experience I have ever had at any panda express ever. I deliberately chose entrées that were not my preference solely because those entrées were already prepared and I did not have time to wait. They prepared my plate in front of me, and then set it behind approximately 20 other orders 10 minutes later I’m still waiting to pay for my plates and they’re making me wait behind everyone else that is waiting to have an entrée prepared. I have no problem whatsoever waiting in line, but there was no good reason for this.

I came at 8pm ordered on drive thru and told me 5 minute wait for an entree, I’m like ok that’s fine got to the window they said go around and get in line I’m like wait that will be over 10 minute wait since there were about 10+ cars in line. I’m like can’t someone just walk out and give me my order? They said no for safety of the employees I’m like I get it bc of the area but I wasn’t gonna wait too much so I politely asked for a refund instead the manager comes up very rude telling other employee idk why she wants a refund she knew she had to wait yeah! 5 minutes! I want to start this off by saying I am a huge Panda fan. I go there very often but this is one of the worst experiences I 've had at any fast food place and it is 100% the managers fault. I placed a online order at 3:40, my pick up time was 4:05. The manager on shift was Esosa. I walked in and the place was obviously very very busy and the workers were overwhelmed you could see it all over their faces. I asked for my order and this young man whom I didn 't get the name of said it would be coming out soon although it was already past the pick up time.
