"I took my mom to Luby’s for Thanksgiving, but unfortunately, most of the staff were quite rude, even rolling their eyes at us, which felt completely unwarranted. It’s not our fault they had to work on a holiday. The food didn’t live up to our memories either—my daughter's tenders were tough and rubbery, and my mom’s chicken fried steak was very chewy. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. Having lost our immediate family and relying on each other, we had hoped for a special meal, but it turned out to be quite the opposite. Considering the high prices, the quality should have been much better."
