"I ordered food for pick up online and was very disappointed with the quality. I arrived at the designated time to find that the food was barely warm. The seafood combo (clams, shrimp, and cod) was overcooked, the fries were greasy and soggy, and the cocktail sauce tasted nothing like it should. The white clam chowder was lukewarm but at least somewhat edible. I was only given a soup spoon to eat with, forcing me to use my fingers for the rest of the meal. Despite the restaurant's Google page stating they offered curbside pick-up, I had to go inside to retrieve my order. When I tried to call for assistance due to my disability, my calls went unanswered. Once inside, it took a while to get anyone's attention, despite the lack of other customers. I haven't visited this restaurant in years and will not be returning. The quality of the meal did not justify the cost, and I ended up throwing away half of it."
