After finally receiving one smoothie, I waited an additional 10 minutes and eventually left without my second smoothie. I simply don't have the time to wait nearly an hour for just two smoothies. The staff continued to take orders even though there were already ten people waiting who had placed their orders. That’s not how it should work; you take five orders and then prepare those before taking more, regardless of how many people are in line. Who trained these employees?"
