I had the best service at Jamba! Maria was the only staff member on duty, yet she quickly prepared my order while also engaging with every customer in the store. Her beautiful smile made the experience even better. Jamba could really use more employees like her!

I had an incredible experience at Jamba Juice. The service was outstanding and the staff was fantastic. I stopped by this Jamba Juice at 3 pm. Upon entering, I was immediately hit with a strong odor of spoiled fruit, reminiscent of a decaying body. The drink I ordered was acceptable in taste, but the overall cleanliness and service were subpar. The off-putting smell made it difficult to enjoy my drink, ultimately preventing me from finishing it. I do not recommend this location. If the odor is as awful as it was during my visit, I am surprised that they are still in business.

Here's the thing: while Jamba as a whole is great and this location was perfectly fine before the pandemic, at this point it's virtually unusable. Every single time I try to go they're out of key ingredients to make the most popular drinks. I understood the problem during the pandemic, but by now it's just ridiculous. Yesterday, I had the worst experience at this restaurant. I placed an order for two smoothies at 4:16 and ended up waiting for over 40 minutes. After finally receiving one smoothie, I waited an additional 10 minutes and eventually left without my second smoothie. I simply don't have the time to wait nearly an hour for just two smoothies. The staff continued to take orders even though there were already ten people waiting who had placed their orders. That’s not how it should work; you take five orders and then prepare those before taking more, regardless of how many people are in line. Who trained these employees? View menu
