"I'm surprised I haven't written a review for this place sooner! It's a lovely café with a cozy atmosphere. The lighting is pleasantly dim, perfect for having deep conversations with friends. Interestingly, despite the large crowd, it doesn't feel overly noisy. You'll find a great mix of grandparents enjoying time with their grandchildren and young couples on dates. This café truly caters to everyone, offering a variety of sweets and drinks for all tastes! If you don't take my word for it, that's perfectly okay—more of this café for me to enjoy!"

"Overall, the experience was just average. The goat cheese was tasty, but when I ordered a second beer, it took at least 15 minutes to arrive, despite the server's apology. A beer should take no more than 2 minutes. The place was busy, but only half full, so that was surprising. The scallops and risotto were good, but at $35, they didn't seem worth it. Our son had the burger, which was cooked perfectly and quite delicious. The pork potatoes were described as good, but they didn't meet restaurant standards. I expected them to be crispy, but they were anything but. The server didn’t check in with us after delivering our food, and for over $100 for three people, I left feeling a bit disappointed."

"BEST BREAKFAST UPTOWN! I have my pastrami sandwich and bagels for breakfast and this corner is the best quality/price option around this neighborhood. They have so many options to go for (even mixing your preferred ingredients for your dream sandwich) that you can rarely run out of options to eat. The employees are very kind and the food is fresh and served very hot."

"It’s one of my new favorite spots. The ambiance is inviting and has a ton of natural lighting. It really does transport you to a local cafe in Paris. I ordered the mussels as an appetizer, however, it’s a large enough portion to just order as an entree. I usually order mussels a lot whenever I see them offered on a menu, so I know a good dish of this when I taste it. And these were amazing. They are now my favorite mussels in the city. And the fries, that came as a side, were crisp and salty— also very good. For an entree I got the eggs Norwegian. It’s an egg Benedict with smoked salmon as the protein. The poached eggs had a good hollandaise sauce and were cooked to have the perfect run/ooze. The smoked salmon was fresh. I’d get this again too. Basically, I’m coming back."

"This is a lovely new restaurant located in the vibrant and trendy Ward area. The service was excellent, and the food was both creative and well-prepared—delicious all around! The desserts were especially impressive, both in appearance and taste. However, we did encounter a couple of issues. Although we had made a reservation for a table on the lanai, we arrived to find that our spot had been taken by a local celebrity. Additionally, I discovered a bit of steel wool in my dish. Our server handled the situation well, and it wasn't a major issue, but it does make me a bit hesitant to return."

"Wait time was around 5 minutes or so, I ordered a Turkey cold wrap with a side of mashed potatoes, the Turkey cold wrap was outstanding in flavor and quality, however the mashed potatoes came out too plain while I was expecting it to at least have some kind of seasoning. Evermore the food was good and enjoyable. I've been to this establishment several times and will be happy to come back again. Thank you."

"Couldn't find a brunch spot for me and my sister. Finally at the last minute we decided on Louie Louie and let me tell you, Louie Louie did not disappoint. I started off with the wagyu carpacio which melted in my mouth and it was topped with nothing but delicious flavor with a fresh green side salad. It was amazing! For my entree I ordered the shrimp rumulata.. well, send me the punch of flavor the remoulade did not give all the menu promised but the shrimp was quite succulent and cooked perfectly. I also ordered the oysters on the half shell which were so delicious with the minion yet sauce as well as the cocktail sauce I have to admit I could eat the cocktail sauce by itself it was so delicious. I decided to take the meeting yet sauce and give it a splash over the shrimp and the shrimp ring you live became a whole new dish I squeezed some of the lemon wedge from the oysters and it gave such a pop of flavor and now the shrimp is amazing! It just needed a little punch. My sister ordered the turkey bacon BLC croissant it looked so delicious the croissant look soft to the touch flaky buttery and absolutely delicious she loved it the turkey bacon was nice and thick cut the portions were great and all of our dishes the truffle fries were delicious we could have used a little more truffle flavor. All in all Louie Louie was a wonderful place to eat and I will definitely do a staycation with the hubby for a weekend at the end at Penn and visit Louie Louie once again!"

"I placed a scheduled delivery order through the Uber app around 10-10:15AM for a restaurant that opens at 10:30. Despite this, I called at 10:15 to confirm the order. Surprisingly, they answered the phone and I provided my name, order, and a special instruction (no tomatoes). The lady on the phone confirmed that there would be no tomatoes. Even though there were instructions on the Uber ticket, I still called to confirm. When the delivery order arrived (on time/early *shoutout to Uber*), to my disappointment, the whole order contained tomatoes. I had ordered two entrees and requested the wrap without tomatoes, but it still had them. The food tasted great, but I have to give a lower rating due to the miscommunication with a Doc Greens employee and the failure to execute the order accurately."

"This pub is across the street from the busy and pricey One Loudon. The drinks are good, the food never disappoints, and the prices are fair The loaded tots are excellent. Come sit at the bar with friendly regulars, get a table, or enjoy the patio. A little cluster of establishments are cropping up nearby, but this one is my favorite. It closes a bit early (9ish), otherwise, I would give it 5 stars."

"I've never tasted the food at this restaurant, but my colleagues rave about it. Since our office is located in the same building, I often see the friendly staff member who works there. The atmosphere is also quite calm. I had a craving for a Diet Coke, so I decided to stop by. The price for a can was around $1.60, which seemed reasonable. However, I was a bit disappointed when I asked for some ice at checkout and was told it would cost an extra 50 cents. I thought that was a bit silly, so I decided to skip it. Maybe I'll give the food a try someday."
