"I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at Dumpling Haus, a place I had high expectations for. Initially, I placed an order totaling $31 and added a $4 tip for my takeout. Unfortunately, things quickly went downhill from there. After paying with my credit card, I was told there was a network issue that prevented the transaction from going through. They gave me a number for my order and assured me it would be sorted out quickly, leading me to believe my food was being prepared.
Twenty-five minutes later, after watching five different employees struggle with the payment system and repeatedly trying to scan my card, I still had not received my food. Their solution? They suggested I order online and make the payment again so they could process my order. Seriously? As if I had the time or patience for yet another complicated process.
Ultimately, I left without my meal and with no intention of returning. While Dumpling Haus may be known for their dumplings, they seem to excel at wasting time and providing terrible customer service. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere."
