"Our party of 6 dined at the restaurant, with 3 of us receiving ample portions of food while 3 of us received mostly rice. One of us only had 4 pieces of chicken in their entree. When I inquired about the discrepancy in portion sizes, an employee explained that the appearance of more food was due to the inclusion of carrots and snap peas. Although the food tasted good, the inconsistency in portions and the unsatisfactory response from the employee made us not eager to return. However, after being contacted by a representative from Pei Wei who apologized for my experience, I was informed that steps were being taken to improve food preparation, customer service, and overall experience. Additionally, I was compensated for my meal. I have yet to revisit, but I am hopeful for a better experience next time."
