"2nd time here. Street parking available (metered). Indoor and outdoor seating available at this rooftop location. Reservations recommended. Absolutely love the vibe her and the ambiance sitting outside on the rooftop is wonderful. Vegan options are clearly labeled. I started with a Mangocado roll which was altered with pineapple because they were out of mango and it was delicious. I also had tofu teriyaki which was a good portion size and very tasty. My server asked me if I wanted it as is so I asked for clarification. She explained that many people remove the vegetables or the rice?!?! Seems strange to me because I would have enjoyed more vegetables and more rice. I will be coming back here again. I have enjoyed both times I have been here. September 2022 Update Returned to this location for dinner. If you can, sit outside. I started with a new item Piña Colada Roll. It was delicious and did remind me of an actual piña colada. Next I had the tofu teriyaki again. Never a disappointment. I also ordered a small plate of the Asian Street Noodles. Packed with flavor and a good portion size for a morning meal. "As it happened to be my birthday, I was allowed to bring a cake, and the atmosphere was filled with joy and entertainment. The highlight was when the staff sang a birthday song to me while presenting a delightful red velvet cake adorned with a big candle that resembled a firecracker. They even gave me a little tiara as a sweet gesture, which I truly appreciated. My friend has a severe shrimp allergy, and I was impressed with how the chef handled it. He prepared the rice, vegetables, and meats first, cooking the seafood last to ensure there was no risk of cross-contamination. I had purchased gift cards in advance and the total came to $490, which included an 18% tip for both the chef and server, so that should give you a rough idea of what to expect for your party. Sake costs $5 each, and soda is priced at $3.50. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to celebrate and create lasting memories. I hope you find my review helpful!"

"The food at this restaurant was amazing! We visited on a Sunday night without a reservation, but fortunately we were able to sit outside. We ordered edamame, a chirashi, and an angel roll, accompanied by a sake. The chirashi was delicious, although it was presented differently than usual with the rice and sashimi separated. The sashimi was excellent, however, it did have imitation crab which was not very good. The angel roll was also delicious. The total bill came to $68, including the sake, and it was a lot of food for two people. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant."

"As Chinese restaurants go it was ok. I'm a big fan of fried rice but don't care for the frozen peas and carrots that are included at most places. I requested mine without these. They were happy to do this but unfortunately the only thing in the rice other than them was egg....a bit bland. Would have liked some onion, bean sprouts, something that added flavor!! Had their Crab Rangoons... nothing special here either. Tasted no crab, filling was minimal. Overall I considered Chin Chin just average."

"We absolutely love this restaurant! It's our go-to spot where my boyfriend and I can relax, enjoy consistently delicious food, and catch up on our day. The staff is fantastic, always working hard to maintain the freshness and quality of the dishes, even while managing a high volume of dine-in and take-out orders during peak times. "My first visit to Azalea Asian restaurant. There was a very nice variety of options both traditional and non-traditional foods. A very nice mix of both hot and cold appetizers. They also had a nice set of soup options to choose from. I did not end up trying any this visit. The sushi options listed noted with a little pepper those that are the hottest. I tried the Cumbland Roll and the Godzilla roll. The Godzilla roll included the mashed spicy tuna with a nice eel and light sauce on top. Now the Cumberland roll is something I would come back to have again. The shrimp tempura was lightly fried with a firmness. The mango was soft and slightly sweet. The sauce on top was a Very nice blend. It had the sweet chili blended in to give a bit of heat. I usually dip my sushi in a mix of soy, ginger, and Wasabi. Today? No need with this roll!! Super Tasty!! The service was quick and the servers courteous and friendly. I also appreciated being able to gaze at the fish tank while I dined solo. The water was clear and clean (a very good sign in a restaurant) #RockFromRI"

"The Positive. They were friendly.The Negatives:1st time visit. Showed up at 11a when they opened. Took over 40 mins to get a Lunch Bento. Maybe this is standard, but way too long for me when you're not busy and I'm the first order in for the day.Quality of food was not good (think frozen tv dinner quality). I was super disappointed with ever part of the Bento. Didn't taste good. Seemed very low quality right out of a Can kinda meal.For $25 dollars you're 100% better off running to Publix next door and get the PF Chang's frozen meal version of what you want (which I wouldn't do either,.. but better quality and value than what I got today from this restaurant).Won't return."

"We had a lovely dinner here recently, as my husband was craving sushi for his birthday. The service was good and the sushi was top notch. We also ordered a bottle of sake and some beers to go with our meal. The place was pretty empty, so we had the upstairs basically entirely to ourselves. "This might become my new favorite Thai restaurant. The fresh rolls were fantastic. The Pad Thai was delicious and the peanut sauce was excellent. The Tom Yum Kha soup was absolutely amazing. It was our first time there, but we typically order these items at other Thai restaurants. We are excited to try new dishes next time. The service was great and we visited for lunch. "The wait staff was fantastic, but unfortunately, our cook didn't make much of an effort to interact with us. It seems that I didn't receive the shrimp as mentioned on the menu, possibly because he didn't prepare enough. Additionally, my steak was cooked far beyond my preference. "First and foremost the cashier had no clue how to handle more than one order at time. I placed my order and then my friend placed their order. We got the same rolls but different modifications. They mixed our orders up and when we asked for them to fix them the orders were still wrong. It took three times for them to get our orders straight. I also asked for spicy mayo after they messed up our orders three times and they still charged me $1 for it. The California roll was probably the worst thing I ever ate. Instead of a chuck on crab leg like shown on the menu, it was shredded crab with this unappetizing mayo in it. It has no flavor at all!! Next the salmon tempura is supposed to be salmon fried and then wrapped with avocado cucumber seaweed and rice. No cucumber and the whole thing was tempura. It was Not appetizing and there was so much rice and a tiny piece of salmon. Out of the 5 rolls only 3 had a piece of salmon in it. Ever since new management, it has gone down hill. Never coming here again."

"The good the restaurant is clean and the decor is really nice. the staff is kind and curtious. seating was quick. The not so good The service is extremely slow. We were a party of 3 and we had 3 all you can eat (at a little over $28.00 a person). Our stay was close to 2 hours due to extremely slow service with both the beverages and the food. We would order no more than 5 items at the most at a time and at one point we waited approximately 35 min for a iteration of food. It was very frustrating dealing with this. Qe thought that maybe the restaurant was busy but it was not busy at all, it was a very manageable amount of guest and should of not taken that long. The food is not worth the price. The sushi is not that good considering a nearly $30 price tag for an all you can eat. I would highly suggest going somewhere else with a little more prestige and notaritary to it if you 're going to pay that price for sushi. The sushi came out very lack luster in presentation, taste and construction. The sushi would come out over battered for fried rolls, luke warm for baked rolls and not rolled for regular rolls (see the pictures). Again, go somewhere else if you 're going to pay these prices for sushi. I 'm not the type to bash a restaurant just to bash a restaurant (see other reviews ive left). If the food, service or cleanliness is bad,it 's just bad. I will not be visiting this restaurant again and won 't suggest it to anyone else."

"Made an order over the phone for three items for carry-out. The total should have been $26.00. Went to Cafe Sushi, and the total was $40.00 at time of pick-up. The lady said that the prices went up, though their menu was not updated on their site. She and four other employees surrounded me as I tried to explain that someone should have stated over the phone the prices are incorrect (or had increased), to which the lady said there was no need to. Unprofessional from the staff as the lady started to raise her voice.To the staff/owner of Cafe Sushi. You need to be transparent. If your prices increased, that's fine, notify your customers, over the phone or in-person. Update your menu on your website with the new pricing. All of this could have been avoided had you been upfront with the expectation on the pricing changes. Do not raise your voice to your customers. They will not return to your business."

"The name of this restaurant, Sushi Yes, is a suitable one which accurately reflects my experience. I really could not say no to trying their sushi, and I could not say no to their special offer. I saw it as a challenge that I had to accept. It was spend $40, choose one complimentary roll among Fried Rock'n, Baby Bumblebee, or American Dream. I easily hit the $40 mark considering the seven rolls I ordered, and I chose the Baby Bumblebee. The Baby Bumblebee was so delicious! It was a shrimp tempura with spicy tuna, and crab sticks. It was topped with a spicy mayo and eel sauce.Just writing all this and thinking about all the sushi is making me want to go there as soon as they open again. I really enjoyed this Japanese-style sushi restaurant. Their hospitality was exceptional. This sushi restaurant is one of my favorites in Macomb County. It is one I would recommend to all the sushi lovers out there."
