The Cultured Pearl - Menu

I have always had great experiences whether dining in or getting takeout at this restaurant. I especially love the tofu Poké bowl. They also offer a variety of delicious vegan options for rolls and vegetarian sushi.

The Cultured Pearl has a great environment. It is a beautiful restaurant with great service. Though there aren’t many, vegan options are clearly labeled. Highly recommend the seaweed salad, however the tofu is bland and undercooked, and the edamame was super salty. The veggies are great though.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was romantic, and I thoroughly enjoyed the food and drinks. Just be prepared for a few bugs near the pond. The patrons were dressed nicely and although my drink was not to my liking, my husband enjoyed his. While we have had better sushi elsewhere, the spicy cauliflower was a standout dish for us. My husband and I have been dining at The Cultured Pearl for many years. It is the best place for sushi at the beach. Their menu is very creative, and they are always willing to accommodate special requests. We have never had a bad dish in over 10 years of dining there. The staff is fantastic and our servers have always been attentive. I recommend making a reservation, especially during the summer. If you want a great meal with a wide range of options, this is the place to go.

My family and I used to love coming to cultured pearl but where very upset to find that their Miso soup contains fish broth and cannot be made vegetarian. This broth is also used in various noodle dishes. During our last few visits the waiter was very rude once he found out we were vegetarian. It used to be our favorite place but are very disappointed 1) because they never shared the information over years (and we always ask) about the broth after numerous times explaining we are vegetarian and 2) the service.

I ordered takeout from The Cultured Pearl, so I didn't get to experience the full dining atmosphere. However, the restaurant looked amazing and cool when I walked in (definitely worth a visit for dining in). The staff member who helped me with my takeout order was very friendly, which was greatly appreciated. The sushi was delicious, especially the roll with nuta that I tried for the first time. Menu items are labeled vegan, which makes it super helpful to order. FYI The miso soup mentioned in the other review has never been labeled vegan, so I always knew not to order it. They have several nice dishes to choose from, and some of the most yummy and interesting veggie rolls I've ever had. It is pricier (and so are many other restaurants in the area), but a good option for downtown Rehoboth if you're looking for a nice dining experience. It's beautiful if you sit outdoors on their rooftop deck, but be sure to make an advanced reservation for that in the summer.

Vegan options are clearly marked. I started with a mangocado roll that was changed with pineapple because they were from mango and it was delicious. I also had teriyaki, which was a good portion size and very tasty. my server asked me if I wanted it so that I asked for clarification. she explained that many people removed the sweet or the rice?! I'm strange because I would have enjoyed more and more tears. I'm coming back here. I enjoyed both paintings that I was here.
