"I 'm a big fan of Pressed Juice. VIP account. Order delivery often. Stop by locations when traveling. Yadda yadda yadda. I 've never actually been into this location while at Santana Row, but we order delivery from this location via the Pressed app pretty often. Never had an issue. Juices are what they are. Love the açaí bowls and the freeze 's for a healthier dessert. This week, I wasn 't feeling well so ordered a Vitamin C pack of juices/shots via delivery from the app. There is supposed to be like 3 juices and 6 shots or something. Got my delivery and it was 1 juice, 1 shot. When you order on the app, the delivery comes via UberEats but there 's no direct way to follow up like when you order directly from the delivery service. So I called the location and talked to the shift leader, Jackie. She was super nice, and said that if I called Pressed customer service they could set up a new delivery- but she couldn 't do it on her end. I did that, and 45min later another delivery came- this time it is only one shot- that wasn 't even part of my original order. I was pretty annoyed, tbh. But also, mistakes happen. People are people. So I called back to customer service and they said another delivery was going to be expedited. Called the store and talked to Jackie again- who sounded pretty embarrassed. 30min later I got my third delivery with the entire original order 2 extra shots, 3 extra juices, and a handwritten apology from Jackie. I write all of this to say that I appreciate how Jackie and the Pressed team handled a ridiculous situation. They could have asked for photo proof or deflected responsibility, but they didn 't. They were just willing to have a conversation and find a solution that worked. The extra juices weren 't necessary, but they were definitely appreciated. If anyone from Pressed corporate comes across this, you 've got a good leader in Jackie at the Santana Row location. "I really like how they will allow you to sample the juices before you buy them. The products all seem very healthy and nutritious. I bought a ?greens 1? juice, which was a low calorie option; it was perfect because I am currently trying to drop additional body fat for the summer. The juice contains kale, spinach, romaine, parsley, cucumber, celery and lemon ? it tastes great. I?ll definitely be returning to try the other items on the menu."

"I've ordered from Pressed multiple times and usually have it delivered, but this time I decided to pick it up myself. I don't know, but the customer service felt a bit off; it seemed like they were annoyed that I was there, which was kind of odd. When I asked for bags instead of a box, they were hesitant to provide them. It was a little strange. Also, I didn't realize the juices were just sitting in the fridge! Haha, so maybe I did annoy them a bit."

"RON M HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DOES NOT CARE FOR THE BRANDS REPUTATION. I love pressed and am an active VIP member. I love how welcoming and informative all the employees are but today I had a horrible experience with the store manager Ron M. he was not welcoming or friendly in any way. I asked for an Original açaí bowl and he gave me a superfood bowl instead which I understand that mistakes happen so I wasn 't too upset. but considering I had to go back twice to the store already to ask for her items he forgot I did not want a melted bowl so I turned around and went to return it. when I walked into the store Ron was very rude and unfriendly and instead of trying to offer to remake it or offer a refund he insisted in arguing with me that I didn 't tell him I wanted an original bowl. he never once apologized or tried to make the situation better. Everything couldve been solved with a simple sorry about that can I remake that for you or would you prefer a refund . Also, when I initially ordered he didn 't attempt to tell me about ordering in the app I had to ask what perks VIP got you and how it worked. He didn 't seem to care much for the brands reputation or it 's customers and proceeded to tell me that he was the store manager so I couldn 't really talk to anyone else but him and denied to give me contact information for a person higher up then him. I am now thinking of canceling my VIP membership and going to a different store that offers better customer service than pressed juicers and if you 're ready this review I would consider doing the same or go to a different location in which Ron doesn 't work at so you can get treated like a paying customer."

"Really friendly staff and a beautiful store! I love ice cream so I was skeptical at the idea of 'vegan ' ice cream but it was absolutely delicious (I got the chocolate/vanilla swirl) and I topped it with blueberries, granola, and raspberry drizzle. The juices are also great but I really only tried a couple. The Greens 3 was very drinkable and I definitely felt good afterward. The only thing I didn 't love is that their membership was confusing. They seemed to tell me that there were no fees but that 's only if you spend $10/month (which go towards items you buy there)."

"According to google the store opens at 8am, I went at 8:40am in hopes of ordering an açaí bowl. I was told by a not very friendly salesperson that the açaí wasn’t ready yet and wouldn’t be for another 20 min. I was shocked that it would be an hour after opening before an açaí bowl would be ready, this seems like something that should be ready shortly after opening. I then tried to order my açaí bowl anyway and told the salesperson I would be back in 20 minutes to pick it up. She told me if I wanted to do that I had to order it online for pickup and refused to take my order at that time. So my choices were to order it online despite physically standing in the store or to come back in 20 minutes and order it in the store then. Both seemed ridiculous and I left and got breakfast elsewhere. I do not anticipate going back, and if you want an açaí bowl, don’t plan on having one before 9am…"

"Overall, it’s a nice place, though it can be a bit pricey for what you get. That said, it's my favorite spot for cold-pressed juices. The previous owner used to prepare fresh smoothies on demand, but that’s no longer the case. They do offer pre-made bottled smoothies that are still quite tasty, but I really miss the freshness of the made-to-order ones, which is why I’ve given it four stars instead of five. Be sure to sign up for their loyalty program; you can easily download their app from the Play Store or Apple Store. As a loyalty member, I frequently enjoy offers for free shots and other perks. Parking can be a bit limited, but if you're just stopping in for a quick visit, there's to-go parking available across from Red Robin in the park area."

"We have been here three times now so I fee ready to review. The first was great so we came back. The second time they just opened and somehow weren 't ready for business their acai machine needs time to freeze the goods and they don 't arrive early enough to be prepared when they open. (maybe you should show up earlier so that when you open, you 're actually able to serve your customers, what do I know? . We even asked when they would be ready to make their acai bowls conduct their business?? we could come back (take our money, please! and she couldn 't tell us.. I don 't know... she sheepishly said. Great, super helpful. Today we tried again for the final time, learning from our past mistake as customers, assuming they wouldn 't learn as business owners. It was closed. An hour after opening. No sign on the door, no one answering the phones. Business hours are posted as 8am 8pm and we 're here at 9:05 to an empty business. Maybe more people weren 't pleased they couldn 't actually have any acai when the business was open. Or maybe someone caught on to their money laundering scheme? Either way, no more acai for us here."

"I do not know what happened. I used to come here almost everyday last year; I had the VIP account because I loved the freeze and bowls. The service was amazing. I was met with staff who knew my name (not that they had to but it was nice to be recognized).This year it is the complete opposite. I do not recognize this new staff. They all seem like they do not want to be there. I have seen people sitting on the counters. The store is dirty. The staff make weird remarks to each other. I have tried to walk in and they were not open even though it was within their business hours. The machines did not work.I have cancelled my membership because of it. The products are great and affordable but the cost of having to deal with the staff is not worth it.Shoutout to the people who made it great. Guess nothing lasts forever."

"Yelp sent me an email asking for my feedback, and I was confused because I had never actually visited this restaurant. Then it hit me—I did go there once! But it turned out to be closed. It was 4 PM in the afternoon, and according to the sign, it should have been open. I even checked the place next door, and it was closed too. I was just trying to grab an açaí bowl or something cold. I had seen other reviews mentioning the place was closed, but I thought those people were just mistaken—maybe they were on break or something. But no, the lights were on, and it looked completely deserted, like the last building standing after an apocalypse, albeit with a generator running. Strange experience. I don't know what to make of it."

"Today I order an Acai-Schale and I will regret my bad decision-making forever. Ten dollars and about twenty minutes of my life that I can never come back. I welcome the sad depression that has stopped employees who obviously hate their lives. I ordered an Açaí bowl with high expectations. only to crush when I saw that the employee turned around the ice machine. What came next was inexpressible, the gray mushy blueberry oats milk ran out of this machine as fast as I wanted out of the store. The real fear came when the banana slicer did not work, it would have been faster to use a knife. This girl really had to push out every single banana slice as if she stuck with superglue. The only thing that could save me was peanut butter. It's no one. This juicer simply thinks that they are better than the rest of the world to not consume peanut butter. Instead, I got almond butter, or better said I watered liquid almond juice. Despite my better judgment, I decided to try Mu almost $10 bowl, I did not judge by covers (I should have). It was the worst Acai bowl in my whole life, I consumed frozen oat milk with a splash of blue brown juice thrown in a mixer. I'm deeply disappointed. Overall, if you have not yet realized, I do not recommend."

"I am really disappointed with this juice bar. The excessive use of plastic is quite troubling. The flavor and quality of the juice suffered because of the plastic container, leading to a strange texture and an unpleasant aftertaste. I also suspect that the juices weren't freshly made. The only positive aspect of my visit was the friendly young woman who served my drink, but she seemed overwhelmed, and the place appeared to be short-staffed. "I came into this location to buy some juice. Juanita or whatever her name is was on the phone did not say hello. I began to ask a couple of questions about the Black History Month selection she didn 't even look up and continue to text on her phone. I try to ask a couple of other questions and she seemed pretty annoyed by the fact that I was disrupting her texting. To the point that my own husband asked her if we come at a bad time. She proceeded to explain that she was dealing with the call out situation on her phone because people make up excuses not to come to work and asked did I do something wrong? My husband said it seem like she was irritated and that she wasn 't in a position to be very helpful. I made another selection For my fourth Juice, because I had only pick three she then proceeded to ask what she could 've done to be better. Her whole energy was off and I told her I was not interested in giving her a lesson on customer service and that I would like to complete my transaction. Her entire energy was extremely negative even before she sarcastically asked if there was a way she could 've been more helpful. I asked her if I could please complete my transaction. I began to give her my phone number for the third time and AGAIN she asked do I want to proceed with the transaction and I stated for the fourth time yes and was trying to pay. I asked her name and that is when she blew up. She said you know what you need to leave I don 't want to serve you . GET OUT!!! She took the juices back put them in the fridge. I took out my phone so that I could do a review like this one and she said I don 't give a F@ ; take a picture of me...call...do whatever you want I 'm gonna call my boss first and began to yell at me and berate me out of her store. She even came from behind the counter! I am a 48 year old woman that has frequented pressed Juicery for years and this is the most embarrassed I 've ever been by an experience. Whatever your employee told you is not true and you need to fire her. I hope you have cameras, then you can just watch the footage yourself."

"So, today was quite a disappointment at Pressed. As I went into the store at 5pm tonight with my son, that is in elementary school, the girl at the register stuck a finger up and said one. I was confused at first, then she just said one again. I realized what she was trying to say was only one person in the store at one time. Our family goes almost every week and every single employee has been amazing, never had an issue with my son with me, thus we go back for the expensive juices and great service. Ever since Covid started, there was never an issue with bringing my son into the store, as he was a child. I asked her if she expected me to leave my son outside, and she basically said, not her problem. No need to cause a problem in front of my son, so we left. If you had a bad day, fine, but there?s no need for bad attitudes in retail. Oh well, we will probably still go there because everyone else is amazing, but definitely not when she is there."

"I really wanted to enjoy this dish because it looked fantastic, but unfortunately, the taste was simply unbearable. I could only manage to take three bites before I had to throw the whole thing away. "I am visiting from MD and was in the complex this morning. I walked in to check out the options. The atmosphere was very welcoming. It was my first time at a Pressed Juicery and I had no idea what I wanted. The young man and young lady (I wish I would've gotten their names but I was in a bit of a rush) who were working were extremely sweet and extremely helpful. They allowed me to try different options to find a juuce that I liked. I honestly may not have bought something while I was in there but I appreciate good customer every where I go so I was more than happy to purchase a juice. I bought the Apple Ginger Lemon and Cayenne and it was warm and refreshing.I will definitely be back. Please give them both raises!"

"I visited this restaurant on a hot summer day and was greeted by a server who was busy attending to a couple of customers before me. I had planned on trying their vanilla soft serve (made from plants), but unfortunately the machine was not working. However, the acai machine was working, so I decided to get an acai bowl instead. I topped it with blueberries, strawberries, bananas, and dark chocolate chips, although they were out of graham cracker toppings. I also ordered a beauty shot and elderberry shot, which were both refreshing and delicious additions to my meal. The acai bowl was cold, refreshing, and satisfying on a hot day. Parking is available on the street and in a nearby lot, and the atmosphere was bustling with natural light. They offer a points system and have an app for convenience. The prices are in line with other health and wellness establishments in the area. I look forward to returning in the hopes that their soft serve machine will be working and all toppings will be available."
