"I arrived at the restaurant almost an hour before closing, only to discover that the staff had already started their closing cleaning routine. As a result, half of the menu was unavailable, including the two specific items I had come for. While I get that they need to prepare for closing when business is slow, it's disappointing to have popular menu items removed or unavailable for customers. This experience has made me reconsider returning, which is unfortunate for a place that is already facing challenges."

Does anyone at this company know how to spell "strawberry" on their online menu across multiple locations?

I attempted to sign up for their online registration system, but my last name was rejected haha. Just a heads up if you plan on ordering more juices...

This location is awful. I usually order on mobile app and pick up the juices. There are too many times that the store was NOT open during business hours. Like today 7/19 I received the order confirmation email it was ready for pickup at 9:12 am, as of9:45 am the store is still not open. There was a new employee waiting outside to get in too. WOW.. don't' waste your time atthis location.

Went in almost an hour before they close, the two employees had decided to start their “closing cleaning” early which basically took half the menu off line. Didn’t have either of the things I drove all the way over for. I get if your not busy to start preparing to close, but don’t take off or shut down your items that customers drive there for. One less customer in an already dead location.

This restaurant is terrible. I ordered through the regular mobile app and selected some juices. I encountered numerous instances where the store was closed during its advertised business hours. Today, on July 19th, I received an email confirmation saying my order would be ready for pickup at 9:12, but by 9:45, the store still hadn't opened. A new employee was even waiting outside to get in. Do not waste your time at this place.

"I adore this restaurant. Golden Hill is filled with many many quality eateries, and Counterpoint anchors the neighborhood with it's fun atmosphere and dedication to quality. They recently renovated and the new space is open, airy and provides a variety of seating options: bar seating, restaurant seating, and upper balcony (I use this as a quiet place to WFH during the week), and an outdoor patio. I'm partial to the biscuit and gravy for breakfast, but the brined chicken and waffles or breakfast hash always makes me smile and sends me unto the world with a better outlook on life and a doggie bag. When it's hot, delicious crunchy salads are on the lunch menu and the craft beers and unique slushy flavors change. Counterpoint takes the quality of food and libations seriously. The craft cocktails rotate as the bartenders are encouraged to explore and grow. The owner and team are always warm, welcoming and make sure you have a good experience. Did I mention they are DOG friendly? Definitely worth the trip up the hill from downtown if you're looking to wind down after an event or precharge and eat before a baseball game. I love to bring my friends for a snack (try the olive selection) and chat on a twilight night. Space heaters outside if you get cold. Fans inside if you get warm. Honestly if you live in or are visiting the 92102 area code you should go to Counterpoint: good food, really good cocktails, and great company. It is clear that this establishment cares about quality, cares about your comfort and loves if you have a good time."
