"One order was particularly frustrating—it included only 1 of my 6 juices over the course of 3 days of the cleanse. Instead of replacing the missing juice, they just sent a note saying they were out of stock. This is supposed to be a dietary program! When people are already on restricted calories, do they really think it's acceptable to deny them one meal per day?! Not having the juices for a week and a half was certainly not my idea of a diet.
I tried the program for three weeks, but I never received my orders on time. If I placed an order on Wednesday, I wouldn't get the ASAP order until at least the following Wednesday. I attempted the recurring order twice and was disappointed both times. I even had to postpone my vacation because my recurring order, which they claimed would arrive on Wednesday, didn’t show up until Saturday.
I've finally had enough and switched to Squeezed instead. While I did enjoy the juices from Pressed, their fulfillment, customer service, and shipping were downright awful—absolutely a zero in those areas."
