"I've ordered from Pressed multiple times and usually have it delivered, but this time I decided to pick it up myself. I don't know, but the customer service felt a bit off; it seemed like they were annoyed that I was there, which was kind of odd. When I asked for bags instead of a box, they were hesitant to provide them. It was a little strange. Also, I didn't realize the juices were just sitting in the fridge! Haha, so maybe I did annoy them a bit."

"Today I order an acai bowl?. and I will forever severely regret my poor decision making. Ten dollars and about twenty minutes of my life that I will never be able to get back. I am greeted upon sad depression endured employees who obviously hate theirlives. I ordered an açaí bowl with high expectations..only to be crushed when I saw the employee turn around to the ice creammachine. What came next was unspeakable, the gray mushy blueberry oat milk ran out of that machine as fast as I wanted to runout of the store. The real scare came next when the banana slicer did not work, it would have been faster to use a knife. Thisgirl had to really push out each individual banana slice like if was stuck to her with superglue. The only thing that could havesaved me was peanut butter. BUT OF COURSE THERE IS NONE. This juicery simply thinks they are better than the rest of the worldfor not consuming peanut butter. Instead I was given almond butter, or better saying watered down liquid almond juice. Despitemy better judgement I decided to try mu almost $10 bowl, I don?t judge by covers (I should have). It was worst acai bowl in myentire life, I was consuming frozen oat milk with a splash of bluebrrry juice thrown in a blender. I am deeply disappointed.Overall if you haven?t realized yet, I do not recommend."

"I came into this location to buy some juice. Juanita or whatever her name is was on the phone did not say hello. I began to ask a couple of questions about the Black History Month selection she didn 't even look up and continue to text on her phone. I try to ask a couple of other questions and she seemed pretty annoyed by the fact that I was disrupting her texting. To the point that my own husband asked her if we come at a bad time. She proceeded to explain that she was dealing with the call out situation on her phone because people make up excuses not to come to work and asked did I do something wrong? My husband said it seem like she was irritated and that she wasn 't in a position to be very helpful. I made another selection For my fourth Juice, because I had only pick three she then proceeded to ask what she could 've done to be better. Her whole energy was off and I told her I was not interested in giving her a lesson on customer service and that I would like to complete my transaction. Her entire energy was extremely negative even before she sarcastically asked if there was a way she could 've been more helpful. I asked her if I could please complete my transaction. I began to give her my phone number for the third time and AGAIN she asked do I want to proceed with the transaction and I stated for the fourth time yes and was trying to pay. I asked her name and that is when she blew up. She said you know what you need to leave I don 't want to serve you . GET OUT!!! She took the juices back put them in the fridge. I took out my phone so that I could do a review like this one and she said I don 't give a F@ ; take a picture of me...call...do whatever you want I 'm gonna call my boss first and began to yell at me and berate me out of her store. She even came from behind the counter! I am a 48 year old woman that has frequented pressed Juicery for years and this is the most embarrassed I 've ever been by an experience. Whatever your employee told you is not true and you need to fire her. I hope you have cameras, then you can just watch the footage yourself."

"I arrived at the restaurant almost an hour before closing, only to discover that the staff had already started their closing cleaning routine. As a result, half of the menu was unavailable, including the two specific items I had come for. While I get that they need to prepare for closing when business is slow, it's disappointing to have popular menu items removed or unavailable for customers. This experience has made me reconsider returning, which is unfortunate for a place that is already facing challenges."

"One order was particularly frustrating—it included only 1 of my 6 juices over the course of 3 days of the cleanse. Instead of replacing the missing juice, they just sent a note saying they were out of stock. This is supposed to be a dietary program! When people are already on restricted calories, do they really think it's acceptable to deny them one meal per day?! Not having the juices for a week and a half was certainly not my idea of a diet. I tried the program for three weeks, but I never received my orders on time. If I placed an order on Wednesday, I wouldn't get the ASAP order until at least the following Wednesday. I attempted the recurring order twice and was disappointed both times. I even had to postpone my vacation because my recurring order, which they claimed would arrive on Wednesday, didn’t show up until Saturday. I've finally had enough and switched to Squeezed instead. While I did enjoy the juices from Pressed, their fulfillment, customer service, and shipping were downright awful—absolutely a zero in those areas."
