"I had a frustrating experience with my dinner bill charged to my American Express card. I ended up overloaded with charges and had to call their accounting department multiple times to resolve the issue. Initially, there were three separate amounts processed on my card. They eventually sorted out one of them, but two other charges remained pending for several days. Fortunately, those have now been removed from my account. When I inquired about the remaining two charges, I was told to contact American Express. I didn't understand why I was being advised to call AMEX, especially since the discrepancies originated from Water's Edge. Overall, this experience was disappointing, and I don't plan to return to Water's Edge again."
