"Having eaten at Petrillo's many times I have to say this was a tremendous disappointment. While the effort to have fresh pasta is commendable the actual deliverable was not palatable. It was as though the pasta had just been made then dumped right into water and boiled so it was just doughy . This is unfortunate because the sauces there are delicious. Please go back to the way you used to make pasta !"
