"We were randomly in the Harriman area, so we thought we were trying this place. If you like sports bars, you would really like this place. It's all open with televisions everywhere that means playing days, it's getting a little loud. The waitress said we could sit anywhere, and after she wiped us a stand, we said we needed a few minutes since we hadn't been there. The place was probably about half full, there were two waitresses who take care of everyone. It was probably 5 minutes or more before she came back to take our order. I ordered the smoked chicken quesadilla and some fried pimples with Ranch Dressing. Both were on the appetizer menu. My mother ordered the pulled chicken plate with two sides and got a baked potato and a salad. They use these chic pieces of salad that look like weeds for their salad, which I don't care, but my mother enjoyed it, despite the fact that there is not much salad in it. The food was delicious. That was probably the best chicken quesadilla I ever had. I didn't notice any dirty chicken pieces, it was all good. And our meals came with a lot of chicken. I tried my queen with the ranch dip, sour cream and grill sauce. Everything tasted great even when the acid cream comes into a small package. It took a while to get our food, but it was definitely worth waiting. If I'll ever eat here again, I'll try to choose a day where there are no games, so it won't be so loud or slow. 6/5/22- Today back. The Quesadilla was just as good as I remember, but the service was still slow. The waitress might have been a bit more attentive, but I'm sure I'm back."

"The food was good, and the price was ok. Anyhow, I would not recommend this restaurant if you are expecting good, quality service. The waiters and waitresses were slow. You have to ask for every little thing (hot sauce soy sauce, salt and pepper, water… Usually, when you go to a chinese restaurant for din sum, all the condiments are ready at the table, as for this restaurant, not only do you have to ask for every little bit of condiment, you also have to wait for the waiter to give it to you piece by piece. By the time I got my salt and pepper, by congee was already cold. And by the time I got my hot sauce, most of my dim sum were cold. The manager, PETER, even had the ridiculous mindset to think he can ask me for 15% gratuity as I was walking out the door! I asked him if that was really necessary even if I didn’t feel the service was that good, he then rudely marched to the counter and grabbed a flyer of a special menu that states on the very bottom in very small prints, 15% gratuity is recommended for a party of 10 or more . However, I was there with only one other friend, which makes the 2 of us with bad, rude service. I felt like I was being panhandled for money, just like how homeless people would approach me in the streets for some change, but it seemed unnecessary for a known restaurant. After I said the service wasn’t too good to deserve 15%, he told me how the restaurant was rated in the top 100 of best restaurants. UH…Mr. Peter, the ignorant manager might have forgotten, but the review and rating was for the year 2004! Try to get the same rating for this year! Other than poor management, everything was toleratable, but I will not ever go there again, and I don’t recommend it to those who dislike being panhandled."

"Stopped by after taking my son to the ER in the middle of the night as it was the only place open and I was in desperate need of some coffee. I'll break this down by what I ordered and what I got. Before I received the food I came to find the prices they charged me were different than what was on the menu, 8.95 for a side of bacon when the menu read 6.95. All my items were more expensive than what the online scanned version of the menu showed. Onto the food. Western Omelette: Solid 3.5/5 tasted good, hefty portion and hit the spot, the hash browns were okay as well. Coffee: 1.5/5 this coffee tastes like it had been either in the pot for 6 hours or the pot has excessive burnt coffee remains that the flavor of which is leeching into newer batch's. The coffee was hot and I was given warning that it was, but I got impatient and singed my taste buds so I didn't have to endure the bad flavor for much longer. Bacon: 3/5 cooked how I like it more chewy than crispy, but only four strips for that price seems a little ridiculous. Pancake: 2.5/5 A tad overcooked and not very fluffy. Standard mediocre pancake I guess. Not sure I would eat here again as the final price really put my whole experience off, I understand if the prices changed but if that's the case they should upload the new menus with those prices, it's 2022 a quick snapshot with a phone is all it takes. The coffee was the main reason I stopped there and it was a major disappointment."
