"I have been coming to Kuru Kuru for years. I have never had issues with their food nor with the staff. Until I went last Friday, March 24th, 2023. I usually get my sushi rolls from the conveyor belt and any hot food (eggs rolls) I'll put an order in so they are warm and fresh. I did take one off the conveyor belt because I was so hungry, and to no surprise it was cold. I ordered through my server fresh egg rolls, they came back FROZEN! The owner lady tried to give me another one from the conveyor belt and I said no those are always cold. She proceeded to tell me she is charging me for the frozen egg rolls and all I wanted was fresh warm egg rolls. That night I was charged for 3 orders of egg rolls and 2/3 WERE COLD AND FROZEN. My server even told her they were frozen. The owner lady would not accommodate me, nor did she apologize. My server tried to fix my ticket before the rude owner got to it, but couldn't. My server was nice, sweet, and understood my complaint. The lady owner on the other hand, didn't care at all the type of food or service she was providing. I understand that some nights are busier than others, but as an owner you shouldn't treat people with the type of disrespect she gave me. I hope this review changes the way the staff at Kuru Kuru, especially the owner lady, treats their customers. I am very disappointed."
