"Very busy location Clean Well lit Staff appears to move slow It was fairly busy when I arrived at 10:57 a.m. to pick up a Doordash order. However, I was told they didn't have it. I contacted Doordash Support and was instructed to place order Inotified customer of situation. She thanked me for the update. When I went to place order the employee in the front asked forthe Order Number. I was told it had been received and order would be completed. It turned out to be a very long wait andnotified customer again. During my wait I observed the employees in the front and back appear to move rather slow despite thefact the Manager was working alongside them. I also observed and heard an employee totally dismiss a customer who had walked inand asked if anyone was taking orders since there was nobody in the front. The employee replied she was on her break andproceeded to walk past into the back of restaurant. It appeared employee was part of Management by their uniform. The customergot visibly upset and walked out. Totally unacceptable. I would not have the blamed the customer if she would have asked forthe Manager. But she didn't. If a Mystery Shopper would have seen and heard all of this they would have given this location avery low score. In total I waited 29 minutes! I proceeded to deliver order. Customer was not upset and very understanding. Iwould hesitate to return to this location again."

"I'm at the McDonald's on Rose in Oxnard. The service has gotten so bad here. I've been at the drive thru for over 25 minutes! I asked for a freshly made sausage egg Mcmuffin. It's after 2pm so I know that aren't making them a lot at this hour. I asked the girl taking my order and she said she didn't know how to request that on her tablet. She assured me it would be fresh because of the time it was. When I got to the window to pick up the Mcmuffin it was hard as a rock! I told them that I asked it to be made fresh they just looked at me like they didn't understand. I showed them that the muffin hard hard. They, with disguste ask the manager what to do, for which she said to have me park they would make it fresh. I waited another 10 15 minutes the Manager brought me a sack walked away. Well, would you believe they gave me back an old hard Mcmuffin. I don't think they even did anything but give me back the same one they gave me in the first place! No one ever apologizes for anything. For how long we wait, how they take, how they get orders wrong or any customer service. I feel as if they really don't care about their jobs. I know they are short handed and I understand that, but they are rude. It's like the are Pandemicly lazy. I'm very frustrated and feel they don't care. I usually go there daily for coffee, but I won't waste my time anymore. They need a good manager!!"

"On the last day to file taxes, I was feeling quite foggy and decided to treat myself to two sausage and egg McMuffins for $6, but I requested them without the muffins since I can't have bread. Although the cashier tried her best to be patient, she seemed annoyed by my simple request and had to confirm three times that I didn't want the muffins. I asked if I could replace the muffins with an extra egg, which ended up costing around $4.40 each, bringing the total to $8.80 extra for those two eggs. When my order arrived, I noticed they put a single folded egg on each sandwich. I explicitly requested no muffins, but the round eggs were served instead of the extra folded ones I paid for. I even showed the receipt to the manager to clarify, but she still charged me an additional $2 for the eggs that should have already been included. Having worked at McDonald's for two years, I was disappointed that I allowed myself to be misled after double-checking my order. It was particularly disheartening to witness the manager treat another customer poorly. This lady, who had been patiently waiting in line and causing no issues, was shooed away because of her body odor. She was completely reasonable and even thanked the manager for bringing it to her attention. The manager could have discreetly taken her order instead of humiliating her. My mother ended up giving her her sandwich after the way she was treated, which felt right given the circumstances. I also felt belittled when I was handed those round eggs, despite trying to address the situation nicely. I have a strong feeling I was only charged for one egg because the manager realized she made a mistake at the last minute. Although I might look young, I'm actually 28, and it's disheartening to be treated like a child. It's important to remember to treat all customers with respect, especially those who aren’t causing any issues. Date of the incident: April 15, 2024, around 11:12 AM."
