"I must say the owner Francis is amazing! We had ordered a pasta dish which when delivered wasn’t correct when we called and explained the situation she got on the phone and took the time to listen and explained what most likely happened. She was willing to remake the dish but we choose not to as it was only prepared wrong . I explained to her the fact as the owner she got on the phone to handle it was enough and greatly appreciated. It’s been about a month since we ordered from Dalisa and today we placed our order about 15 mins after placing the order the owner Francis called us not only to go over the order to make sure there was no problems but to tell us our order was on her because of the previous order . Honestly I was taken back that she remembered the previous order and our conversation and the fact that she was willing to comp our order . At a time when customer service seems to be lost it definitely isn’t with Francis and Dalisa Pizza. If you haven’t tried Dalisa definitely give them a try you won’t be disappointed not only in the food but their customer service!!! Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner"

"Absolutely the worst experience ever! The first chicken that I received was really really dry and the side salad I had was brown. I called and talked to the supposed manager and he said if I returned everything he would cook me another one. On the second time they only gave me a half portion and it was ice cold when it came. They did not want to do anything about it, but after several phone calls and being hung up on, they said they would refund me. They gave me a fake owner's name and I had to look it up on LinkedIn. Poor customer service. DO NOT OREDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! I will be checking with my bank tomorrow."

"I hate writing lame reviews but I felt that I needed to. The pizza is OK! A bit too much bread for me. I like the crunchiness in a pizza but my husband insisted to go with this pizza spot for my daughter’s bday party. The lady that took my order a few days ago was very helpful and nice. I had mentioned on the phone that I need my pizza pies cut into small toddler sizes since it was for a party. She assured me that I will get them cut over and over and we will get utensils so I didn’t have to worry about it. Fast forward to the day of the party. Our pizza arrived on time but unfortunately with no utensils nor with the pizza cut up into small slices. So I called to ask for utensils and the guy said that the delivery guy would be there shortly. A whole hour went by and the place is only 10-15mins away from me and still no utensils. I then called again to complain and he said the delivery guy was delivering to other places and that he would be there shortly. Since the pies were not cut I had to cut them myself with kitchen scissors and since the took forever to come to now the pies were cold. I had to place them in the oven to be able to serve to my guests. It was very frustrating to do all of this. When they came to my place with the utensils it was not enough that we ran out of plates and had to use our house porcelain plates. We made it work but once again this was very frustrating to have to go through this on a day I was suppose to be enjoy it with my daughter. Took so much out of my time to cut these pies and heat them up. My father had also given the driver a very nice tip which i understand it’s not his fault but that day when I called it seemed like the guy had no care for my concern. I am very disappointed at this place."

"I usually order a custom pizza from this place, but today I decided to try a salad for the first time, and it’s massive! It’s about the size of three or four side salads you’d get at a typical restaurant. My food was delivered half an hour earlier than expected, even on a busy Friday evening. The delivery driver was really friendly, and the food was spot on! I highly recommend this place!"

"We were part of a bus group that stopped at this pizza place on Friday night at 5:00. After a call in advance, they had seating arranged for all 48 of us, along with glasses of ice water at our tables. A fully stocked salad bar and hot pizza bar were ready for us as well. Joan did an excellent job organizing everything, and we couldn't have asked for better service. The payment process was smooth and efficient, allowing us to take care of it whenever we wished so that we could eat and be on our way. It would have been nice to have thin crust pizza available on the bar, but overall, the pizza and pasta were delicious, and their preparation and organization for our group were outstanding!"

"As a middle school student who visits this restaurant from time to time, I can confidently say that the food is excellent, the service is quick, and the staff at the counter are always friendly to me. This place is fantastic, and I highly recommend it. The bathrooms are clean and surprisingly well-maintained for a pizza place in the city center. The fries and pizza are both delicious, they provide cups for 2-liter bottles, and there is plenty of space with lovely seating. That wraps up my review."

"I called on Saturday 3/5/21 to place a delivery order. I placed my order and was told that I should consider myself to be my total. the girl came back and asked if there is any kind of way they could order 1 or 2 more items, then we could supply them we are very busy here tonight. I don't have a car, so they're my usual for pizza, calzone, for delivery. that was the first time. that happened, and I had ordered many of them. What's wrong?"

"I am quite disappointed with Romeo's. It seems to present itself as a sports bar, but during the football season, they couldn't even show a NASCAR race on any of their TVs. Last I checked, NASCAR is a sport too. They have more than five TVs, yet no races were on. I suggest heading to Riverside in Bath. They may only have three TVs, but at least they actually show the games."
