"Went through the drive after 5 pm about 2 months ago. I ordered a donut and a Carmel Iced Coffee. There was some delay with the speaker, then I was told to pull around.A lighter-skinned black woman with big eyes and bucked teeth came to the window. She had a huge smile on her face while handing me my order. I handed her my card and she declined to take it and said it was taken care of. I thanked her and drove off, assuming that I was a part of a pay-it-forward situation.NOPE!I got extremely sick after eating and drinking my order. That woman did something to my order and didn't take payment so I wouldn't have proof to complain later.I drove past there today and was reminded of that terrible experience. I will never return, be vigilant if you choose."

"On the 2nd attempt they got our pizza right. Overall the pizza was very good. First time I’ve ever gotten whole pieces of bacon on my pie before. The pie needs more sauce on it. If you didn’t see it on the crust you would have said it wasn’t there. Mushrooms were also very limited. Service was not the best but it was acceptable. Very slow at girth g the first drink at the table and had to ask for refills. The other workers actually gave us better service. Nothing to knock your socks off. The place gives a little bit of a hipster vibe. Glad I tried it, but probably would not pick this over other great pizza places."

"Tim hortons in Galion ohio is ridiculous!! Every time we try to order on doordash they confirm the order and then after it's been paid for they cancel it. Why be an option on doordash if you won't fulfill the order. They are not cheap either. I'm am seriously fed up with them. They hardly ever have the items on the menu even when I go through the drive thru. How does a doughnut/coffee shop run out of doughnuts and ingredients to make coffees. They should just close the store all together. It's Taking up a space that a legitimate business could be In."

"The restaurant looked like a riot had occurred in the dining room and the staff looked shell shocked, and I say this is the nicest manner. They had just had a party of 55, yes fifty-five, mostly teenagers, depart the dining room when we arrived to order some takeout pizzas. We ordered at the very attentive host stand and were told it may take a little longer than normal due to the very large party. No worries on our end as we sat at the bar. The bartender was great as was the bar back. Had a reasonably decent Old Fashioned cocktail. I say reasonably because this is a pizza place not a high end steakhouse, for instance. The pizzas and other items were excellent!! Hot and perfectly prepared, which was nice because we had two very hungry teenagers who had played in a lacrosse tournament that day! This entire experience was positive, because I am not a Mellow Mushroom fan. The MM in our city went out of business due to poor service and quality. As an Atlantan who has eaten at the very first Mellow Mushroom, my faith in the pizza has been restored."

"I was pulled through the drive and had a hard day. the girl in the window was so beautiful and smiles. it made me feel better right away and my coffee and frit were perfect to go with it. I didn't get their names, but I was there between 3:30 and 4:30 on Thursday 03/25/22. she had a septum piercing so I hope that this comes to her to say thank you. Actually, that's the wrong time, the hortons I'm talking about on farmton and plymouth."

"The staff was incredibly friendly, which earned the restaurant four stars; otherwise, it would have received a lower rating. When we left, we were served glazed doughnuts and plain bagels. I found the food to be a bit pricey, and even after the meal, I felt a little hungry. Nevertheless, the outstanding customer service from the staff was a definite highlight!"

"Walked to this store from Defiance College and was pleasantly surprised. The store was warm and inviting and I was promptly greeted by friendly staff members. I ordered a large hot chocolate a krueler donut and s double chocolate cake donut. The donuts were very fresh (noonish) and the chocolate was great. The friendly staff provided me with a little milk in a cup to cool down the streaming hot chocolate kindly made me a glass of ice water... Keep up the awesome work! Tim Horton's of Defiance, OH"

"We were visiting Denton 3/23/24 and decided to try this place after doing some research, we were met with a less than enthusiastic young man that seated us. The restaurant wasn’t very busy at 2pm. It took a while for the waiter a young man took our drink order and took 10 to 15 minutes to get that at which point we were ready to order our food, we ordered a medium and small pizza, a burger, half order of pretzels half avacado hoagie and bruschetta. It took over an hour to receive this order but I was hopeful that the food would have been worth the wait but sadly it was not!The bruschetta was missing the fresh basil when asked said they were out so we sent it back. The avacado hoagie was a joke, the bun was stale and it literally consisted of 2 small slices of tomatoes, lettuce and avacado slices, I had to get a side of ranch to give it some flavor. The burger was small and overcooked and the tater tots for both were still cold had weird consistency like maybe they warmed them up in microwave they definitely did not come out of fryer gross, oh and when asked for ketchup advised us they were out. How can you be out of ketchup!!!The pizza was ok not the best I’ve ever had but at least we had that also the bathroom had no paper towels. Seemed like the young men working there were to mellow and spent more time talking with each other than waiting on customers which there weren’t many of. All in all this was a terrible dining experience all the way around and we will not be back. This was $115 I wish I could get back!"

"Came through the drive-thru at this Tim Hortons location this morning, and had the worst experience possible. The girl at the window whom was a portly white blonde woman with glasses was incredibly rude because she made a mistake and got my order incorrect. After that, I pulled off only to realize the biscuits from my sandwiches were as hard as rocks and entirely inedible. I called to speak to a manager and was put on the phone with a woman who spoke garbled and unintelligibly, and offered me nothing other than a poorly articulated and insincere apology. Will never patronize a Tim Hortons again after having several bottom tier experiences with their employees."

"Harry's is one of those places I'm still trying to "get." Most of the 3.5 stars stems from the service at the Federal Hill location. I've been once late night and once for lunch: two different bartenders were attentive, super friendly and willing to answer my amateur questions about beer (with no attitude!). The burgers are all sliders that come in 2's. Here's where they lose me. Why? The burgers are actually pretty good, but for $6.99 two sliders seem...skimpy. You can add a third for an additional charge, and you can add fries for an additional charge as well. A la carte is my biggest restaurant pet peeve. Two beers, two burgers (aka 4 sliders) and 1 side of fries came out to $30. Maybe I'm just gluttonous. Either way, if I'm to visit Harry's again I'm going to skip the cramped College Hill location and come instead to the roomier and friendlier Federal Hill location. goodeatsmundial.com"

"I enjoyed a delicious iced cappuccino that was light and refreshing. I added two pumps of caramel and two pumps of vanilla, and it was absolutely delightful. The croissant breakfast sandwich was quite good as well, and it was my first time trying the donuts, which were also enjoyable. Overall, a great experience!"

"Well, I've worked in owned pizza restaurants i have to say this was one of the worst display of gross negligence for the creation of a pizza quality control ive seen.I Bought a medium chicken wing pizza small greek salad to go.I was going to ask for the bl cheese on the side but the bartender said it was a swirl so i figured it would not be too much so said ho ahead and leave it on, However, when i got to my car opened the pizza i found it covered with a grossly over exuberance of blue cheese dressing not a good quality mild or sweet flavor blue cheese that could compliment a chicken wing pizza (but a strong sharp pungent bl cheese)So I scraped off about 1/4 cup with a teaspoon and used paper towels to remove more while still leaving too much in my professional oppinion. Also the hot sauce they use is just stamraight hot sauce not mixed with butter or a little sugar so it is quite hot in the mouth but not in a good way as i always have made my chicken wing pizza.The salad had two small pieces of feta and two large tomato slices not cut up so that was also disapointing.I will post photo of thier pizza 1st and for reference one of mine i make at home so you can see what a real pizza should off."

"My husband and I have always been treated very well in the Coshocton Store. I love Timmy Tea. We were at various locations in Columbus. You don't have sweet tea. If we were asked for half a cut in Columbus, what do you think, McDonald's? The girl's in the store. Always treated us very well."

"Have had several bad experiences with this location in the last year. Last time, I finally asked for a refund and was told they couldn't do it and I had to go to the corporate website. No one ever contacted me. Food badly prepared and smashed into the bag like they were stuffing a sausage. Employees rude and bad at their jobs in general. Coffees weren't labelled so we had no idea who's was who's.Just all around the worst experiences possible and I'm not going to let them treat me or my family like we're beneath them and we're being a bother when we just had reasonable expectations for Tim Hortons: mid quality food and coffee prepared with even halfhearted attempts at something that isn't a thrown together mess. But they can't do that and they wouldn't talk to me let alone refund me.You're better off going to McDonald's who just this morning gave me a free hash brown for my long wait and I hadn't even complained or said anything, they just did it! Customer service, what a CONCEPT! Matter of fact let me rephrase the beginning of this paragraph: you're better off staying home, burning $20, and licking a 9v battery. At least you'll feel like you're a human being once it's over and not like a slug being forced to crawl across a razor blade's edge."

"I tried to pay for my order with cash, and they said I had to give my food and coffee back to them thru the laufwerk thru window, because they did not change! This is quite safe against covid and servesafe guidelines and a generally insecure food practice. also the previous club sandwich I ordered came without bacon and did not have the additional mayo I had asked. they lose my business. also tried to call 3x to talk to a manager, and was also suspended on 3x without even saying hi. I used to visit the week a few times, but I'm going to go elsewhere from now on."

"dreadful customer service . they always have settings. drive her thru lady today screamed me and was cussing. 2 weeks ago I went in and the girl cooking was bite things and said how much she hated her job and that she will then and out there go. there were children in there, and she was worried. this place is super unprofessional, and it makes me sad because I loved tim hortons and it is the only tim hortons in my opposite. this situation should be switched off above all, as they are freezing every morning, especially hathbrowns, if they are just too lazy to cook it. I even tried to call a company, and all they did was hanged before I could get someone. even if they order food, it is frozen, they do not waste their money on this place."
