"Mellow Mushroom has a great selection of vegan options, much better than the average place (especially chain) that has vegan cheese. They use Follow Your Heart cheese, which some people prefer over Daiya, although I don't really think I have a preference. Tell the server you are vegan and not to use any butter or parm on the crust, although the staff has always seemed knowledgeable and mentioned that to me when I ordered vegan cheese. They have interesting toppings such as marinated tempeh, tofu, and avocado. Try a tempeh and avocado pizza, you won't regret it! MM also has a stellar craft beer list, with local but also special releases from national craft beer sellers that are unusual to see outside of a bar with a great craft beer selection. In addition to pizzas, they have calzones that can be made vegan, and also tempeh/tofu hoagies (I have never asked if those can be made vegan, but would be surprised if they were not w/o mayo and with vegan cheese). Offers patio seating with heaters that keep the place toasty when the weather is cool."

"My first visit it was one of the best pizzas that I have ever eaten. The second visit I ordered the exact same pizza and it was THE WORST pizza that I have ever eaten. The place wasn't busy when I placed my order, it easily took 40-50 minutes to get one personal size pizza. It was raw. It was inedible. The server, although nice, didn't seem to think it was odd that I only took two bites out of one piece of pizza. She didn't ask if anything was wrong. She asked if I wanted it boxed up. I won't be back. It's a shame that there isn't consistency in the quality of food because the first time they hit the nail on the head. I do not send food back to a kitchen. I wouldn't trust that at all. Plus, if the people in the kitchen sent that out to begin with, I don't think they have the ability or training to make it right. Too expensive for me to have a hit or miss experience. The atmosphere is fantastic and the patio is very enjoyable. Love the style. Really disappointed because I thought I found a new favorite place."

"This is a vegan to meateater type of resturant, anyone can go! I go to Mellow often and everytime it is a great experience. The waiters are nice and know what veganism is. Their cashew cheese (alternative, its a vegan cheese) is gooey and delicious. Their pizza crust has simple vegan ingredients. A good variety of food choices. You can make your own pizza, and salad, and good overall service. It can be pricey, but a pizza won't be more than $20. The small is around $14 i believe. I completely recommend it!"

"Atmosphere was unique, I'm an artist so I loved it. Menu was also fun. Food was great as well. Service was good. Only complaint I would have is I asked for coffee, it took a while, and came after our appetizers and main entree had been served...was in a dirty cup and only half full, coffee is priced per cup. I asked for another and was a repeat with another dirty cup and half full and no,... it wasn't the same cup as they left the first one on our table."

"Made a reservation on open table which apparently they are no longer apart of. The girl said we would be priority seating since we tried to make a reservation. Well that wasn't true. They still took everyone infront of us and told another large party who came in after us who booked on open table they would be next. The manager also brought them pizza to eat while they waited.  At that point it made my fiance and my friend and I feel like our reservation didn't matter and the manager didn't try to accommodate us. So I go back in to say something you can tell the poor hostess was frustrated and she finally just had someone seat us. After getting through that everything else was pretty good. TIP to managers if your going to accommodate one, accommodate all with the same issue, you make others feel out of place.."

"It was just okay. the seat was terrible. almost up on the people next to us and can hear their whole conversation. server forgot our drink order and had to come back to check. good was just okay. the tuna pot was not so pleasant, because he got on it. definitiw not ahi tuna, but more of a pink thunfish. the chicken sausage lasagne was extremely salty. actually the salt content on all foods was too much. it is not so healthy when it is covered with salt. we're not going to eat again."

"This morning was very hectic, but I went to pick up my mobile order at the restaurant. Unfortunately, they were out of hash browns, so I was supposed to receive another muffin instead, but it was missing. I also paid for extra bacon on my grilled cheese, which I did not get, and asked for no sweetener in my iced coffee, but it was sweetened. Since it was a mobile order, all of these mistakes could have been avoided, especially since they use stickers for the drinks. I'm not sure what happened in terms of communication. Despite this, Tim Hortons is a great restaurant with delicious donuts. However, the locations in America are often disorganized and have communication issues, including this one. The only positive thing is that this location seems to be the most organized in the area. If you're looking for something simple like a donut, or if it's not too busy, you should have a better experience."

"I can't express enough how great our visit was. The food—our main reason for going—was fresh, homemade, and truly delicious. The mixed cocktails were also fantastic, and they're definitely reason enough for my wife and me to return. Michael, who prepared our drinks, is quite skilled. "They advertise breakfast sandwiches 2 for $6. I wanted four of them. The total was about $16. The lady taking my money said you could only purchase two of them for $6.The rest is at regular price. There is a sign on the front window advertising these breakfast sandwiches. Nowhere on that sign does it say, limit of two !! BEWARE That you don 't get ripped off... When I was placing the order, I was not told that there is a limit of two. My fiance and I came in there together. Each of us wanted two sandwiches. We got one apiece!!!! We refused to pay the extortion fee!! Promotional items at Burger King such as their croissants that are two for $5, you can buy an unlimited amount. Why doesn 't your sign say promotional items are only one per transaction?? EXTORTION!!!"

"We went the other night because we didn’t feel like cooking. As a New Yorker I am very particular about Pizza. The pizza here was good. We had the white pizza don’t remember the name from the menu but the pizza was good. We also had the wings and they were delicious. The extensive drink menu was outstanding and we are 1000% going back."

"I recently had my first experience at Tim Hortons and tried the bacon, egg, and cheese bagel. It was delicious! The bagel was soft and had a nice chew to it, and the egg was perfectly cooked—not rubbery at all. The bacon added great flavor. The TimBits were decent, though the chocolate ones were a bit overpowering; they still had a nice chocolate taste. My favorite was definitely the cinnamon sausage. As for the French Vanilla coffee, it reminded me of the international coffee from cans, which I’ve always enjoyed, so that didn’t bother me one bit! I’ve found a new favorite place for sandwiches and coffee. I really appreciate that you can customize your sandwich with any type of bread. I’ll definitely be back!"

"when I drove to buffalo, new york, I discovered a tim horton’s coffee shop. To be honest, I've never heard of them. I'm from the west coast. So I decided to try. I ordered a latte and my man ordered an oreo iced cappuccino. sad was the latte bitter, tasted old and, well, sub-par. they were only milk that they had, low-fat and foamy. I'd rather go halfway. or at least full milk. I work hard and eat hard. lol while on the other side, the oreo iced capp was fantastic. rich, creamy, full of cookies, and also large coffee taste. the drive thru was full and I heard that they were saving about the new ice-cream. I'd get another icy capp. but don't laugh anymore, they enjoy their lunch trip."

"This is my nearest Tim Hortons and it isn't very close. It's over an hour away. I stop in when I'm traveling between Youngstown and Columbus or when I'm in Akron. It's usually ok, not the best location, but good enough. Sometime a breakfast sandwich will be cold, hash browns stale, etc., but good enough. I love Tim Hortons it's my favorite fast food place, because of that I give them a lot of leeway. Nothing beats a double double.Today was different. I stopped in for a sandwich, sweet tea and Tim bits. It was around 2pm (11/11/2023) and they weren't busy. Firstly, I couldn't order a meal because they were out of chips and I didn't want one if the handful of donuts they still had, and then the people behind me in line got their food first. Then the staff needed a reminder what I ordered because I was just sitting there waiting. Instead of the 40 Tim bits I ordered, they only managed to put 20 in the box. To top it off the girl that brought them over threw them on the counter with attitude.Definitely not a great experience. I would have rated it 1 star if previous experiences hadn't been acceptable. I might just skip this location moving forward. This location probably won't last. There are better ones closer to Columbus."
