"It was amazing the service was amazing the food was spectacular. I could feel the burger patty melt onto my tongue and give my tastebuds frontsh*ts. There was this one cute cashier with glasses, I believe her name was Ashley. There was just something about the way she took my order dat told me my experience at Freddy’s was going to be out of this world! The chocolate ice cream was really good , so good I could’ve had seconds :3 please tell Ashley I am very thankful for her hospitality and will be coming back for more. I hope and pray and yearn for this wonderful experience again. six star experience, would highly recommend."

"the freddy’s in the palms mall yuma, arizona serves frozen custard, which I bought and brought us a sunglass and a shake. it was hot and ice cream was a good thing! I was impressed by the sun and the shake. what I was not impressed was the .milkshake had a hole in the bottom of the cup, which is above the seat of our truck, over the head a d .y dressanall over the floor mat. it was not noticed until it came out of the truck, as it was in a drink carrier! I was so surprised! After I meant that the tow was sniffing, I took the milkshake inside and scrub it in a large glass and put it in the freezer. when I turned the cup up, I could see a hole in one of the bellies in the bottom of the cup! manufacturer defect in the cup or did the milkshake machine capture the dimmel? I don't know, but I know I had a terrible chaos to clean up and my neck was angry at me because of the chaos! no good end for a day. I enjoyed the ice cream custard, wish it would be better ended."

"The staff who served me, Isabella, was super friendly and excellent in her customer service. I was using my veterans Day coupons and during ordering, she's repeatedly thanks me for my service to the country. Orders arrived fast and accurate. "I don 't like giving bad reviews, but with that being said...We ordered two kids combos and specifically asked for fries with both.We get our food and only got 2 chicken tenders for my son 's meal that we paid $5.79.I asked if that 's all we get with a kids combo and they said we didn 't order one.. My receipt says otherwise, but I digress.They gave me attitude about it and one person abruptly said Just give her the fries . Like I was lying or something.After that my six year old accidentally spilled her sprite. So I went to the front cashier taking orders and asked if I could get another cup and explained what happened. She looked at me like I grew two heads and seemed to not like me asking for another cup.We also had a couple of employees in the cooking area stare at us while we grabbed napkins over and over to try to clean up the mess. And ended up having to leave it since the napkins weren 't doing anything.Not ONE employee offered to help."

"The first time I ate at Freddy 's was at the San Antonio forum location. I was so excited when they came here. I 've been a regular ever since but today something happened that made me feel the need to put ya 'll on a pedastool! I had my new puppy with me and was trying to figure out where I could go without the judgment of bringing a furry friend to a food establishment. Freddy 's came to mind since they have a patio. I went in to order, got my drink and sat on the patio with my pup. While I was waiting for my food an employee had been dropped off and on his way in to work asked how I was doing and told me I had a beautiful dog. Nice enough. My food was ready so I began eating. I could write a novel about how good the food is and the super AFFORDABLE price point but that 's not what this review is about. The employee that had just started his shift (or so I believe) came out to check on us. I was expecting him to tell me I needed to leave but instead he generously offered a 'pupcup ' and I was thinking... huh? He comes back with a small cup of frozen custard with a couple tiny dog treats on top. So sweet! While I 've always been a Freddy 's fan... this treatment made me feel like I needed to share how awesome my experience was... no matter how small a gesture it may have been. I expect kind service and good food but this was the extra mile. I hope he and this location get the recognition they deserve. THANK YOU FREDDYS IN AMARILLO. I love the food, love the service, love the establishment, and truly admire the values Freddy 's provides."

"We've dined here several times since their opening. Our first experience was excellent, but, like many restaurants in Fayetteville, the quality of food, service, and cleanliness seemed to decline over time. However, having been in the dairy business for 34 years, I have to commend their frozen custard—it's the best around. We decided to give it another chance on Tuesday, and I'm pleased to say that the food, service, and cleanliness were all back to an impressive standard. I hope they can maintain this level, as they previously didn't measure up to the restaurants in the Raleigh area. Additionally, it would be great if they could consider offering a discount for seniors, as many chain restaurants do."

"I had a really disappointing experience with my order. I specifically requested cheese curds with my burger and even paid extra for them, but all I got were fries. I asked for no onions on my burger, yet it came with onions. Additionally, I requested no pickles on the children's burger, but it had pickles anyway. To make matters worse, one of the drink lids came off and spilled all over the bag before I even got my order, and the food was mostly cold except for one of the burgers."

"This place is SO good! Their steak burgers and fries are delicious! Their concretes are my favorite though. Try their brownie concrete, because it is so worth it! It is chocolate custard, brownie, and hot fudge. It is a chocolate lover's dream! I can honestly say, it is one of the best burger joints in Wichita. They have shoestring fries. "I don’t usually treat myself to fast food burgers, particularly when it comes to fries, because finding good french fries these days seems almost impossible. They often end up limp, cold, greasy, and generally disappointing. As for the burgers, they can be hit or miss. Tonight, we chose Freddy's, hoping for a decent burger. Initially, we considered McDonald's and a few other places since we didn't want to spend too much, but we decided to splurge a bit more, thinking it would lead to a better meal. "freddy’s frozen custard steak burger is a good place to eat once. there are a few things that are worth eating again, but there are places that I like a little more for the price. we ordered three different combos with different sides and a regular sunglass to have a good tasting. the double jalapeno burger with pfeffer jack cheese was the best of the three burgers. I have cheese curds on the side that were good, but a little salty. I got the spicy chicken sandwich that was disappointed and worst of the three and would not order again. I've got tweeper rings that were good and worth a job. the individual burger was not very good, as the patches are too thin, but comes with a lot of good swirling and pickles. recommend buying a double on the minimum. had the frits that are thin and very good. they offer spicy and normal fry sauce, both good. the sun we got was dirt and worm, which was very good and really enjoyed their ecstard. not quite a four star place for us, as we would only order a few more things again, but round as it is a possible place for us to pack some items from them again."

"Freddy's was really busy at lunch time. Even though the lines at the service counter were long, the wait time for our food was reasonable. It was fast food delicious, definitely not for a health food fanatic. The tables were quickly cleaned for next use. Tables and booth seating are available inside with outdoor patio seating as well. The dining area was relatively clean for the volume of people passing through. The self-serve beverage counter was maintained well. And the bathroom was clean. The chocolate malt milkshake had a very smooth, near liquid consistency. Personally, I prefer a firmer, soft-serve texture. Also, the malt favoring was nearly nonexistent. The dining area air-conditioning works very well. Even before I devoured my milkshake, I who hardly ever gets cold, was goosebump chilled. Overall, Freddy's has an inviting atmosphere to grab lunch and to meet friends."
