"Okay, but not that impressive! I have always been curious about this franchise but I never committed to try it. However on this particular day I decided to give it a chance. This restaurant located on Ramsey Street is pretty easy to access. Once I arrived it was easy to find a parking spot as they were not crowded. Appearance: your restaurant appeared to be very clean the tables were clean there was no paper on the floor so that was a plus. Once I approached to order the menu board was difficult for me to read. I am a bit visually impaired so that was part of a struggle. However the associate was friendly and willing to help so that experience was not bad. She took the time to kindly answer my questions, so customer service was good. They appeared to be adequately staffed and my meal was prepared in rapid time, so that was good as well. Once I receive my food, I noticed I did not receive the fry sauce or the ketchup that was requested upon order and was clearly stated on the receipt, so I had to go back and ask for it. I didn't have any problems getting it but I had to go back and ask for it. I was excited to die then for a taste test in my Miller opted for onion rings for a 50 cent up charge versus the fries that directly come with the combo meal. The food look good and smelled great. However, the taste test was very disappointing. It was just not what I expected. There was no particular unique taste about the burger or the fries. As a matter of fact they were just playing or bland if you will. I appreciate the pickle to onion ratio, which was to my liking, but outside of that I was truly disappointed. Even the fry sauce did not help, as it was bland as well. I had a diet Pepsi, mini restaurants have problems with fountain drinks and this was more of the same, it was just carbonated, no flavor. I will not be eager to return, as I started this post it was okay but not impressive, but if you haven't tried it, check it out and judge for yourself."

Promised my grandson I would get him some ice cream after his nap. We decided to go to Freddy's. Our Sundae's were delicious, and they were brought to our table in no time! Great ice cream! Great service!

My boys love steak and shake and this is the closest thing we have to that in Fayetteville. We went in for their birthday and I was so impressed! Freddy's employees went above and beyond! We had an awesome experience! I give it 2 thumbs up!!! We will be back.

Food is made to order and cooked with a different style of beef. All burgers are doubles, but are thin. The ice cream/custard is delicious. A little pricey but worth it. My favorite sauce was the jalapeno fry sauce. Wasn't spicy but had a good flavor. Would definitely go back and recommend this fast food burger place. View menu

Last night was my family’s 4th time eating here. Food is delicious, service is good! The restaurant is clean as well as the restrooms. Chili dogs are my fave, my 9year old daughter loves the chili and my husband and 11 year old son love the burgers! We all love the fries! I absolutely love the sundaes I get the strawberry and love that they use actual fruit. We will be going back again. We have to drive about 50 mins to get here but it’s worth it!

I ordered online for a Doordash delivery. I was on the fence when I wanted kiss. I was hoping it wouldn't melt. But Freddy's has the opportunity to choose between soft and hard custard when buying the pint or quad. I am very impressed by the smooth velvety Custard. I ordered half and half. My only complaint is that it is very little vanilla on the ground and mostly chocolate everywhere. It was still very pleasant and it turns out that the chocolate was tasted better anyway! Their burgers are also always fresh and tasty, as well as their shoe string frits! Would everyone recommend, very tasty? Eat! Go to Freddys!!!!
