"I stopped in tonight , which is Monday night ; Monday is The Hill's Hamburger night... They were excellent as usual !!!!! Rachel , waited on me tonight !!! She was excellent !!! The hamburger was as excellent as usual !!! The other thing that impressed me at the Hill tonight and other visits is their hostesses always thank guests as they are leaving !!!! Consistently , they make guests feel appreciated !! Hint , hint....other establishments...make guests feel appreciated and welcome !!! We could easily go somewhere else !!!! "I stopped by Mona Lisa Bakery last week while I was in the Dyker Heights area. I noticed the facade of the bakery first, think very old school Italian. The inside is pretty much the same with the wall lined cases of baked goods. The woman behind the counter greeted me right away. I ordered a regular cannoli $3], it was delicious. The shell was fresh and crunchy. The cannoli cream was thick and sweet. Overall it was a good size, though I definitely could have gone to town on a bigger one. I didn't try any of of the other pastries or cookies. Despite other reviews, I think I would the next time in the area."

"This place has changed SO MUCH, I guess new Owners or something however when I went in to order place was nasty hasn't been cleaned, it has a very strong funky smell and I'm not speaking of Mary Jane?.I never seen gloves while handling customers food which is very unsafe because of you so touch your face and everything else while working.Also the chilli is so horrible. This Coney Island is one of the oldest in the area and it should be respectful of representation and give old and new customers the real meaning of Quality.Growing up in the Projects I remember everything from the 80's on through so please please kill the sanitation smell and let's renovate for improvements and let's remember every employee representation is the most important thing that a customer remembers."

"I had a really great time at this restaurant. Unfortunately, I didn't catch the name of our fantastic waiter. We went for dinner on October 18th with my husband, toddler, and younger siblings. We were told there was a 25-minute wait, so I took my son to the restroom. When we returned, our table was already available. I thought this was fantastic because we were hungry and able to start ordering right away. We ordered shrimp calamari for an appetizer, but we were not impressed."

"The ordering and paying process was effortless. You scan the QR code and you can view the menu and pay right there. FYI there's a 20% tip added to the bill for fair pay for the staff. So the portion sizes of the entrees were large! The biscuits in the biscuits and gravy dish were huge but a bit hard . To be honest I haven't had a large, moist vegan biscuit before. The gravy was excellent! The polenta fries needed some salt but a tasty sauce did come with it. The Brussels sprouts were cooked well, I like them a bit firm. The breakfast sandwich really needed the gravy from the biscuits because otherwise it was a bit bland. I would return to try more options!"

"Olive Garden is a favorite! Our first visit to this location and the food is (As usual) delish! We started by ordering a bottle of Chianti. Very good!However, I completely forgot to get a photo of our appetizer, fried lasagna w/ marinara and then our chicken parmesean w/ Angel hair pasta. Both were outstanding! I LOVE their Minestrone soup and purchased and extra to enjoy at home. The Italian donuts are served with a warm chocolate dip and a side of pureed raspberry. Can it get any better?"

"Was nice to visit a specialty coffee shop which isn't just about the ambience. They do some quality pour overs with some nice beans. Was worth the trek to check it out. Great staff as well. "I was called by Tom George to let me know that they were not going to be serving brunch during the summer months, only dinner. The hostess was very nice and asked me to reschedule for dinner which I did. The hostess also offered my party a round of drinks for the inconvenience. So I arrived at the restaurant at 6 pm on Sunday as I scheduled to celebrate Father's Day with my family and the restaurant was closed. We were very surprised and disappointed. The restaurant did not call the next day and I decided I will not try to eat there again. So on Sunday I went to LA Chapter at the Ace Hotel where we had a lovely dinner which I knew I would because I have been there before.I do not know whose responsibility it is on Open Table to be sure the information about a restaurant is up to date and accurate, but nothing like this has ever happened to me at any restaurant before."

"Ate here w our kids and had a nice meal. Kids had a buffet designed for them which worked out great and. Ore higher end restaurants should heed this call. $15 each but included lots of choices which kids love as well as deserts and a drink. I had the swordfish which was a bit overdone and a bit tasteless. My wife had the filet which was served over a tomatoe based medley of zucchini and squash which really didn't go with it very well. Read reviews and told side of Russell sprouts was roasted but they arrived steamed and again tasteless. All in the best part of the meal was our excellent waiter. Ate at pacific grille the night before and that meal was a lot tastier."

"The food was fine, but the female waitress was somewhat rude. I accidentally ordered an omelette that contained bacon. When I explained, "I didn't realize this had bacon in it; I can't eat pork," she replied, "Well, you must not have read the menu. It clearly states that it has bacon." I made an honest mistake, and her response made me feel quite bad about it. On a brighter note, she did take the omelette back and brought me one without bacon, and she wished me a happy birthday since it was my special day. The rest of the staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome."

"Visiting Key West for a week earlier this month, we wanted a nice dinner close to our hotel on the east end of the island new town , where the choices are limited because most of the restaurants are in the downtown area on the western end old town . Numerous venues came up on a Yelp search, most of which we dismissed because they were either chain-type fastfood or had some negative factors. Matt 's was down the list, possibly because it 's on Stock Island, not the main Key West island. We decided to give it a chance. It 's in the Perry Hotel Marina. It was a good choice. Even though it was a Friday evening, the dining room was nearly empty. Whatever the reason, it wasn 't food or service. My wife tried the she crab soup and said it was very good, while I had the tuna tartare appetizer--excellent. For entree I chose the yellow snapper grits, and it was really good. My wife wanted something not on the menu, shrimp grits. She described what she wanted to our server, who asked the chef whether he could do it, and he was game. It came and she pronounced it very good, thoroughly enjoying it. There was enough for her to take some leftover with us. I had some a couple of nights later at our hotel our suite had a full kitchen , and she was right. I can recommend Matt 's Stock Island Kitchen unreservedly. Prices are reasonable."

"I have to say this is the best Chinese food in Tallahassee so far that I have eaten I love almost every dish that they serve. If you have a chance you have to order the fried dumplings and eat them right there they are the absolute most crisp juicy dumplings you will eat. The staff there is Extremely friendly and will always recognize you. I honestly can't say enough about the staff they are truly nice people. It is always a pleasure to go in and order food."

"Never will I ever go to the Olive Garden on Hurstbourne Road again. We all are African American who went there to celebrate the January birthdays in our family. Myself and my cousin had never eaten at the Olive Garden. We sat there for almost an hour and never was served. Even after people who came in after us was served and eating. After speaking with the manager, we were still ignored. So we politely got up and walked out. The hostess tried to help as we were leaving but at that point we were just annoyed. We left there and went to Cattlemen’s and received the best service ever. The food was delicious and tasted amazing."

"We are traveling and decided to give this a try. Sadly it was chilly and windy so outside seating was not appealing. Ordered the pesto cheese bread, it was delicious. Glad we waited to order dinner as we were pretty full after that, and opted for a sandwich/salad. Waiter, Isiah was amazing, fun, and attentive!! Heard it was our anniversary and brought an amazing dessert…sadly we were too full to enjoy much of it. Would definitely come here again if in the area"
