"The ladies working were really great. It was super busy because it was lunch time but they were really nice and helpful and knew what they were doing. Food was delicious, place was clean. I was very happy with it and we will be back again. Also shout-out to the lady who knew that mayo and Italian on my sandwich made their old creamy Italian sauce. Thank you!! "The single only reason this place gets rated so low is the twacked out older lady that works there that WILL mess your stuff up. EVERY SINGLE TIME she has been involved with my food she messes up and just expects you to get over it or laugh about it. My daughter is severely allergic to onions and when she put them on her sandwich I told her my daughter is severely allergic and can’t have them she just pulled most off and expected that to be ok. She couldn’t understand why I wasn’t going to feed my child that sandwich at all. She has over charged me more than once and when I try to tell her that isn’t correct (I know purely because I get the same double meat turkey most of the time) she just says “that’s the price, gotta pay if you wanna eat” and laughs. when I got a salad for my wife we watched the customer before us get their veggies cut up and when I asked for my wife’s tomatoes to be cut up because she is at work and can’t do it there (and who wants full slices of tomatoes on their salad) I was told “I don’t slice!” And the veggies just got thrown on there and I was expected to just deal with it once again. I implore you, if you walk in and see a twacked out older lady working just do yourself the favor and turn around and walk back out, for that is what I’ll be doing from now on. Even though there are slim options in Mountain View for eating I promise ANYTHING is better than dealing with that woman! "Great food and affordable prices! I took away one star because they were initially unaware of their delivery services. I even told them to check U-Bahn.com for their delivery location. They mistakenly thought I ordered through DoorDash, but I'm not allowed to use that service. Overall, I’ll definitely order from them again. Well done!"

"I have to say, this restaurant has consistently made it to my list of least favorite places. I hadn’t visited in about a year and a half, hoping things would improve, but I was mistaken. When I went to get my drink, I noticed gnats and flies swarming around the fountain area. I brought it to the attention of the staff, but they didn’t seem to care—it was just brushed off. She mentioned that it’s always like that and said she’d send someone to take care of it, but I ended up waiting in the parking lot and no one came to clean it up. The management there really isn’t great. To add to the disappointment, when I got home, I discovered they hadn’t included any napkins! Eating a Subway without napkins is just not ideal. Overall, I’d rate the food a 3, the service a 2, and the atmosphere a 2."
