"I have to say, this restaurant has consistently made it to my list of least favorite places. I hadn’t visited in about a year and a half, hoping things would improve, but I was mistaken. When I went to get my drink, I noticed gnats and flies swarming around the fountain area. I brought it to the attention of the staff, but they didn’t seem to care—it was just brushed off. She mentioned that it’s always like that and said she’d send someone to take care of it, but I ended up waiting in the parking lot and no one came to clean it up. The management there really isn’t great. To add to the disappointment, when I got home, I discovered they hadn’t included any napkins! Eating a Subway without napkins is just not ideal. Overall, I’d rate the food a 3, the service a 2, and the atmosphere a 2."
