"Used to love The Flats, time is not being very kind. This location has lost the touch. The food was fairly good, the atmosphere not so much. There were only 3 active tables, 2 tables inside had leftovers on them, two tables outside also had leftovers as well. The birds were having a grand time, none of this changed the entire time of our visit. Nobody came to check on our table or to offer and drink refills, not sure what we tipped for when we paid.The cherry on top was a couple that waltzed in with their dog who was clearly not a trained service animal. No employees took any action whatsoever and as we left the dog was begging at the owner’s table, something a trained service animal would never do. Flats going to the dogs for sure."
