I really enjoyed the food and the variety of hot sauce options. We sat on the patio, and it was such a lovely day.

I ordered a grilled shrimp burrito, which took nearly 30 minutes to arrive and was served cold. We were the only customers in the restaurant at the time.

A mix between fast food and a sit down restaurant. Mexican food like burritos etc. You order at the front and they bring their food to you at your table. They have good hot sauces available to try also.

I went today around 5- 545. The food was good as usual. The reason for the four stars is that someone thought it was funny to stick jalapeños into the end of my burrito after I asked not to have any. Wish I knew who it was. Luckily, I had no type of allergy, which wasn't funny at all.

Amazing tacos! Great salsa bar for you to pick your own poison , I meant level of spicy, savory, sweetness there 's a great sauce variety to choose from.All fresh, great flavors, great salsa and fresh guac, great service. Always pretty decent tex-mex! We've been coming to this location for what seems like almost a decade. We don't visit often anymore with so many other choices around now. But don't forget about it! Was out running errands and saw their sign for their everyday deal- two tacos, chips and a drink for 8.99.... which you really can't beat these days. And if you're a hot sauce fan... they have a hot sauce bar that you'll love.

This place is fast and the food is delicious!! I wanted to also express how impressed i was with the staff (all of them) !! Rachelle has been kind and also so understanding.. She caught me crying outside and just kept it moving as nothing had happened while delivering my food. I have spent the last 13 days dealing with my mother who had a severe car accident. Sarasota hospital is a crossed the street. She has been kind and a breath of fresh air!

Used to love The Flats, time is not being very kind. This location has lost the touch. The food was fairly good, the atmosphere not so much. There were only 3 active tables, 2 tables inside had leftovers on them, two tables outside also had leftovers as well. The birds were having a grand time, none of this changed the entire time of our visit. Nobody came to check on our table or to offer and drink refills, not sure what we tipped for when we paid.The cherry on top was a couple that waltzed in with their dog who was clearly not a trained service animal.
