"This is my absolute favorite restaurant! The grilled chicken salad is not only delicious but also comes in generous portions that make it worth every bite! The new buffet is fantastic and has a homemade taste! My boyfriend can't get enough of the pernil; it’s absolutely magnificent! "What an absolute disappointment. I ordered online, and the app said my order would be ready in 20 minutes. We arrived after about 25 to 30 minutes, but ended up waiting an additional 40 minutes in the parking lot. The staff seemed completely unaware of the status of our order. I checked in every 10 minutes, and each time received the same response: "Just a few more minutes, don't worry, it's taking longer than expected." After hearing that two or three times, I was met with shrugs. If you value your time and don't want to spend almost an hour waiting after placing an order, I recommend going somewhere else. It's just a Chili's—nothing special that warrants such a long wait (including the original estimate). I know my business doesn't mean much to a chain like this, but I definitely won't be returning and suggest others save their time as well. Just a quick note: this is my first and only Google review. That's how bad the service was that I felt compelled to pull out my laptop to write about it. This happened on September 13."

"Located just a mile away from my workplace, this restaurant has been a lifesaver for me. It is a deli/bodega with an extensive vegan menu, offering vegan versions of all the classic Bodega dishes. The only downside is that the prices are slightly higher, as is common in most vegan establishments. However, as the vegan movement continues to grow, I anticipate that prices will decrease in the near future. In addition to their grill, Vegan Grill/My Deli also partners with Plantega and offers a refrigerator on site with the lowest prices I have seen, even when compared to Whole Foods."

"I agree with the bad reviews here. Don't order through the app for in store pickup, you will be ignored. All the orders that were placed in store all got their orders first. The drive thru is also better than picking up inside. At least in the drive you, they have to give you your order when you drive up to the window so you're guaranteed you get your food in the correct order. When picking up inside these worker pick and choose who they want to serve first. Very dirty as well. Tables, chairs, floors are disgusting. No one ever cleans."

"Revised in February 2022: I consider myself a simple man who enjoys a good meal, but nothing could have prepared me for the amazing taste experience of Ana's Special: The Killer Enchiladas! It all started innocently enough. As I perused the take-out menu, I noticed my favorite Enchiladas Verdes and ordered them without much thought. However, the hostess recommended the Enchilada specialty with such passion that I couldn't resist. When my meal arrived, I was blown away. The two large enchiladas were packed with juicy shrimp, beans, rice, avocado, and dressing, creating a feast fit for a king. Every bite was a culinary delight, unlike anything I had ever experienced. As someone who appreciates good food, I can confidently say that this was the finest enchilada meal I have ever had. In a world filled with negativity, this meal was made with love, and I am grateful for the unexpected blessing. I will definitely be returning for another taste of this amazing dish. "Food is okay, it taste good but nothing spectacular. It does get quite busy and the drive through line get long. I suggest you double check your order before you drive off. I want to say 2/5 times I will ask for fried jalapeños and they will forget them or more often they will put ice when I request no ice. Also it's rare to have salted fries, most of the time the fries are plain, not sure if you have to ask for them to be salted. Overall if your hungry and want a quick bite to eat this is a good place provided it's not full."
