"I placed an online order for takeout and sent my husband to pick it up. Unfortunately, he had to wait for a while, even though it was past the promised pickup time. There seemed to be some confusion because two orders had the same first name. They asked him twice which "Katie" he was there for, and it turned out he brought home the wrong order. I called the restaurant, and they agreed to remake it, but my husband had to go back out to pick it up again. The employee didn't even apologize for the inconvenience! Additionally, the burger buns were quite smashed, but the taste was fine."
