"Just rude customer service at the Philadelphia Airport Location. Asked for a toasted Asiago bagel, and the woman waved her hands around, looks at me with one of the most condescending looks I’ve received from a service person and says, “we don’t got no bagels.” The way that she said it made it sound like I’d asked to ride a unicorn, like it was so improbable for it to be possible. Mind you, there’s bagels in the grab and go display case, there’s bagel sandwiches advertised behind the sandwich counter, and I’ve literally gotten that same exact order at every Au Bon Pain I’ve been to. It’s the only thing I eat there. I had already grabbed a soup to try before asking about the bagel, or else I would’ve walked out with nothing. Honestly made me feel embarrassed for even asking the question. Soup wasn’t good either, just FYI. Bland tomato bisque."

"They gave me a free cookie for my birthday. I ordered a double chocolate cookie sandwich with caramel ice cream. It was hudge. I could imagine eating the jumbo sized one, and I'm a big girl. My friend got a s'mores jumbo cookie. It looked yummy. It's nice that they also sell all flavors of milk. They have eight flavors of ice cream. I would like to go back and get a cookie picture. I love they personalized cookies. They have a parking lot to the immediate right and left of the store. They moved through the line very fast, but gave each person the customer service they deserve. They also told us if we filled out the survey we would get a free cookie. We almost left without getting that cookie but the cashier waved us to the front and gave us the cookie. How nice of you! Keep it up."

"If it were possible, I would give this restaurant a zero rating. When I visited this location, I was concerned about whether their vanilla ice cream contained eggs, as the ingredients were not displayed before ordering. I asked the young lady taking my order about the eggs in the ice cream, and she casually responded with "I think." Due to my allergy, I kindly asked her to double-check. Another young lady provided a book listing egg-free ice cream options. After making my selection, she mentioned that it may have been cross-contaminated. In today's world with many food allergies, businesses should be more responsible. I decided to take my business to another ice cream shop that clearly listed their ingredients and was willing to accommodate my request."

"Very disappointing. Placed an order through the insomnia website and paid for delivery. Website stated 20-30 min for delivery and sent the tracking number. After 45 mins I called the store as I had not received the cookies and the person said it is to be picked up and cannot deliver or cancel the order. Lost my money and did not get the cookies. "Came here for the first time for lunch. I’m in the complex. I think I drove by at 25 times before I even noticed. Just had the most incredible chicken platter. I can only eat half of it. "Wow! These folks are absolute geniuses when it comes to dessert marketing! They’re open until 3 AM and offer delivery! We had the large cookie ice cream sandwich topped with Chocolate S'mores, a Chocolate Chunk Peanut Butter bottom, and Cookies and Cream ice cream... It’s around 1,400 calories, but since we walked here, we felt no guilt (lol). Honestly, five stars doesn’t even do it justice—this place is fantastic! To top it off, the staff was incredibly friendly and had an awesome attitude at 1 AM. Yes, I'm that cool parent enjoying a sugar rush with my son at this hour. Love living the sweet dream! Jason L.
