Instead of focusing on writing names and smiley faces on the box at the Abbey location in Vestal, why not take a moment to read the order receipts and get the order correct? Honestly, I couldn’t care less about who warmed up the cookies!

This place needs to train its employees ordered the monster sundae and the girl told us she never made one before and then come to find out we never got toppings that we paid for. $7 for a tiny amount of ice cream and was nothing special. Probablywon 't be returning.

The high prices are not justified. The pictures might lead you to believe you're getting a fantastic cookie, but in reality, they're overbaked and as hard as a rock. You could find better cookies for less at a fast food place or even some local gas stations. What a complete waste of money! View menu

This restaurant needs to improve its staff training. I ordered the monster sundae, and the employee informed us that she had never made one before. Additionally, we discovered that we never received the toppings we had paid for. For $7, we got a small portion of ice cream that was nothing extraordinary. I probably won't be coming back.

I'm not sure where to begin. I ordered two cookies and a glass of milk for my wife, totaling $11.47. The cookies were disappointing—arriving cold and so greasy they were inedible (you can even see the grease on the bottom of the box in the photo). Considering the price, I expected the cookies to be larger than average. They also forgot to include the milk. Although they promised a refund for the milk, I haven't received it yet. Honestly, it’s not worth the hassle over $3. To make matters worse, it took an hour for the cookies to arrive, even though we were staying at an Airbnb just a 15-minute walk away. I won’t be coming back and would recommend avoiding this place.

Wow! These folks are absolute geniuses when it comes to dessert marketing! They’re open until 3 AM and offer delivery! We had the large cookie ice cream sandwich topped with Chocolate S'mores, a Chocolate Chunk Peanut Butter bottom, and Cookies and Cream ice cream... It’s around 1,400 calories, but since we walked here, we felt no guilt (lol). Honestly, five stars doesn’t even do it justice—this place is fantastic! To top it off, the staff was incredibly friendly and had an awesome attitude at 1 AM. Yes, I'm that cool parent enjoying a sugar rush with my son at this hour. Love living the sweet dream! Jason L.
