"We were welcomed and seated by Sarah, who also served us during our visit. She was fantastic and even managed to pronounce my name correctly after reading it from my card, which is quite rare! I decided on a breakfast platter that included pancakes, scrambled eggs, hash browns, and sausage. Being at a bar, I paired my meal with a rum and coke (with lime, of course). I chose the well rum because, why not? I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth and drinkable it was.
The pancakes were fluffy, with that perfect crispy edge that I love. The scrambled eggs were cooked just right, and I had no complaints about the sausage or hash browns either. All in all, if I find myself in New Orleans again and craving diner food, I would absolutely make a return visit to Daisy Dukes."
