"This restaurant was quite run-down and in poor condition. The menu was difficult to read, and the staff appeared irritated when we inquired about special deals. The cleanliness left much to be desired, as all surfaces felt slightly sticky. We only stopped here because we needed a quick break and something to eat. The bathrooms were filthy, with one toilet having a broken seat and being difficult to lock. There was also a strong odor reminiscent of cat urine. It felt like something out of that PT Silent Hill demo—I'm sure you know what I mean."

"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.. Speaker Box: The girl on the speaker never put my order on the screen, so I never got to see it. All she kept saying was mm hmm She never repeated it and I had to ASK her for the total. Window: The girl came to the window, TEXTING on her cell phone. YES. "I am sick to the dead of almost food restaurants and every business for this occasion that used to be a 24 hour service and now since kovid is like hit or miss. my problem with her hours is especially when I have some of the times I left carls jr. all the way from cornville on my motorcycle, when the website and Google search shows hours that they were open, I come there and either they are completely closed and earlier than it shows here or only the drive-thru is open that on a motorcycle creates a security problem. is customer service now a thing of pastness because since civid hit it seems to have left the building. I also find it interesting that the consideration of other reviews of the owner appears only in a generic way to evaluate which the problem has not explained in connection with the individual star review. why not react with some substance to evaluations, the very specific problems associated with sometimes some of the same problems I see listed in some of these complaints could eventually lead to a failure that could cost a owner some serious teig."

"This place makes one heck of a tasty burger. There are many menu choices but we had the classic cheeseburger and onion rings. The grilled onions on the burger were a nice touch and added just a hint of sweetness. The cheese had a nice creamy melt to it. Even though this was just their basic cheeseburger, it was packed with classic burger flavor and wasn't too small. The otherstar of the show were the onion rings. They had the perfect amount of crispness to them and tasted like the fry oil was fresh. They were a delight to eat. I would go back to this shopping mall just to eat at Joe's Burgers. The mall itself needs to addpublic restrooms but otherwise has some interesting shops and restaurants. Joe's was definitely the standout in our visit."

"I went to Carl's Jr. specifically for the Beyond Star Burger, which features the meatless Beyond Burger. I asked for no cheese and no mayo to keep it vegan-friendly. The taste was reminiscent of a typical fast food burger, which isn't necessarily a compliment. The pickles were warm and strange, the lettuce was slightly wilted, and the tomato had no flavor. It was just okay—maybe suitable in a pinch, but I wouldn't go out of my way for it. "I frequent this Carl's Jr location often as it is the only one open on my route home from work. Unfortunately, for the third consecutive visit, something has been missing from my order. This time, it was my El Diablo fries. Additionally, I requested jack cheese on my burger which was also missing. Due to the long line of cars behind me in the Drive-Thru and my order being stapled shut from ordering ahead of time, I did not have the opportunity to check my order before leaving."

There was also a rather negative interaction with a drive-thru employee who seemed discontent, but the manager's apology recognized the gap in customer service. The unhappy employee mentioned reducing cooking times—possibly out of fear of burning the burgers—which raises questions about internal challenges or even unintentional sabotage."

"1 star is way too much credit. Very rude manager. Restaurant was somewhat clean. Restroom were filthy, toilet paper all over the floor, graffiti all over the restroom, and even trash in the sink. The manager only allows customers to that filthy restroom.When I approached her about it, she was rude, she didn?t even made an effort to go clean it, nor would she let us use the otherrestroom available to customers because she uses that restroom for herself. She said it was out of order yet she walked out ofthat restroom. Terrible place."

"The service was fantastic, and the burgers were amazing! I really love Carl's Jr. Beyond Burger; it's far superior to the Beyond Burgers I've had at other local places, even the more upscale ones. Plus, the waffle fries are absolutely delicious! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. My husband and I just had lunch there, and it was a truly enjoyable experience. The cashier—I'm so sorry that I forgot their name—was the friendliest and most helpful person. Thank you for treating customers with such respect! We will definitely be coming back for more!"

"Carl's Jr. used to be the gold standard of fast-food burger restaurants, but I've eaten at this one several times in the past 6 months and it never gets any better. Wafer-thin burgers and chicken patties that they try to camouflage with way too muchlettuce, skimpy buns and flat drinks. I paid $8 awhile back for a breakfast burrito that I swear someone's toddler put together.Nowhere near worth it for the prices they charge. Oh, also one of the guys handling the food had a giant uncombed head of hairand wasn't wearing any kind of head covering."
