"I am sick to the dead of almost food restaurants and every business for this occasion that used to be a 24 hour service and now since kovid is like hit or miss. my problem with her hours is especially when I have some of the times I left carls jr. all the way from cornville on my motorcycle, when the website and Google search shows hours that they were open, I come there and either they are completely closed and earlier than it shows here or only the drive-thru is open that on a motorcycle creates a security problem. is customer service now a thing of pastness because since civid hit it seems to have left the building. I also find it interesting that the consideration of other reviews of the owner appears only in a generic way to evaluate which the problem has not explained in connection with the individual star review. why not react with some substance to evaluations, the very specific problems associated with sometimes some of the same problems I see listed in some of these complaints could eventually lead to a failure that could cost a owner some serious teig."

They don't care to even get the burger near the bun. No one even says hi, just stares at you, the girl taking out order looked like she wanted to be any where but there. We will not be back.

Food hot, tasty and priced right! I'm surprised Mc D"s is still in business !Here we are March 2022 and I have to say that since my above comments 5 months ago it's been a downhill slide for this place. EVERYTHING is now being served lukewarm and the hand breaded chicken sandwich meat is a smaller size. What the HECK is going on?????

this place is sad. the eating is cold and the workers do not have to work there. the worst attitude that they consider to be the end of the world when we ask one. full drama. get better employees and cook the food full of yall would have more money. more than 1 stars than anything. would not recommend to anyone to go here to spend tons here, now I don't even want to spend a penny on this place. I have tried to contact Carl 's Junior concerning their policy on Senior Discounts by phone but it does not accept calls. I was referred to their website and made inquiries in June Aug. but have yet to get a response. Raul the manager refuses to give a discount and when he returns your change it 's short . I think Carl 's either does not care or they appreciate the extra money. Service: Take out

We're at the drive through and when we questioned the amount, the girl at the drive through got snippy and said she would get the manager. We could hear her say jeeze Louise it's only a buck or two Manager came to the window and said that it was right. We were told to drive around and park and they would bring it out. We knew we would have to do that because the zucchini always takes awhile. We waited in the car in the sun for 20 minutes. Finally, I went inside and stood in line. Michelle is the name of the person who waited on us at the drive through. I asked her if our food was ready yet. She said no and not to yell at her. I didn't think I did, but then I asked again why it wasn't ready....

"My sister I went to Nick’s for the first time tonight. We were doing sister’s getaway this week and we were so pleased we came here . The cocktails at the bar were wonderful and both bartenders were friendly, professional, and helpful. I can’t say enough of Victoria our server at the table . Hands down she was the BEST! From start to finish , she helped with our choices , orders , and dessert . She was point on with everything while being friendly yet professional and fun ! We will definitely be back here next time we visit Cottonwood. Hope Victoria is still here . Thank you to the staff at Nick’s for making our evening most memorable."

"Such a disappointing experience compared to the wonderful Prescott location of sister restaurant Colt. This one is a serve yourself, basic kind of place. No table service, order at the counter, pick up at the counter, get your own drinks etc. Now, there is nothing at all wrong with all of that if the prices reflect this absence of service...but they don't. Staff attitude is what you would expect from counter service. No smiles, nothing friendly, nothing helpful. In fact I got directed to a lemonade dispenser when i had inquired about water, then got barked at for using the lemonade dispenser. I ordered a large Cobb Salad. No egg and no avocado. Spinach was indeed very fresh, but still had the tails attached which many people would object to (fine by me though). It had the very cheapest Sysco dressing, basically flavored water. Good blue cheese bits, good bacon bits, that's about all I can say. They have a smoker on site and that typically makes for good smoked meat, but I didn't try any. Given the stiff competition just a few doors down the street, there is no reason to eat here."

"The empanadas were really good. My mother-in-law tried the lamb empanadas and she brought home the spanakopita empanadas for her husband. I had the fish tacos with the seared ahi and a ginger sauce on top with a red cabbage slaw for the topping. My kids had a gluten-free quesadilla, which was simply replacing the flour tortillas with white corn flour tortillas. And instead of using the spicy avocado sauce, they just substituted out some avocados. Everything was awesome! These people really know how to tear it up in the kitchen. ??"

"Hubby and I are visiting the area for a week in our RV and are exploring Cottonwood today. We just had lunch at Red Rooster Cafe and, oh em gee, it was DELICIOUS! Hubby had the Chicken and Goat Cheese sandwich and I had the Black Bean Burger. Both were amazingly tasty and fresh. Service is great and the ambiance inside and out on the patio is casually comfortable. We WILL be eating here again...and again... before we leave. Highly recommend Red Rooster Cafe!"

"The Prickly Pear Margarita, Old Town Margarita, and Mojito are all delicious! The indoor restaurant has a dark and slightly dusty atmosphere, with high ceilings and dim lighting. The concrete walls can create a loud echo when the place is busy. When I ordered a burger cooked medium (with a bit of pink), it arrived medium well (light pink) or even well done (grey), and the buns were burnt. The preparation of salads seems to vary depending on who is working; however, the Strawberry Spinach Salad is excellent. Unfortunately, the Chicken Tenders have consistently made us feel unwell after eating them. On a positive note, the servers are professional, friendly, and helpful. Management is candid and open about the restaurant's operations. This place is great for first-time visitors or those just passing through town, but the inconsistency in food preparation could use some improvement."
