Accessing the freeway north or south to the 101 is easy, and the area feels safe and secure, especially at night thanks to good lighting. The staff was friendly and welcoming; I never felt rushed to place my order. An employee took my order accurately and efficiently, and there were plenty of ketchup and napkins provided, with nothing missing. The restroom was spacious and well-maintained, and the dining area was clean with plenty of seating options, including high chairs for babies.
They have an automatic refreshment dispenser with a wide variety of flavors. The drive-thru service was quick, and I didn't have to wait long at all. The food was prepared to the high standards that Carl's Jr. is known for. While the fries can sometimes be lukewarm, this time they were hot and fresh. The salt was just right, and the fries were tender, not stiff, with a nice golden color. The mustard and ketchup on the hamburger were applied perfectly, staying on the meat without dripping out of the bun. Unlike at some other places, the chicken nuggets were thoroughly cooked. Overall, it's a great spot to grab a bite to eat, relax a bit, and enjoy time with your family."
