"We tried to place an order at this restaurant around 9 PM, but no one responded at the drive-thru. So, we decided to go to the first window where a woman was standing. She saw us but completely ignored our presence. We even honked our horn, but she didn't acknowledge us at all. After a few minutes, a man finally came over and took our order. I don't intend to return to this restaurant. The least she could have done was communicate with us."

This restaurant is fast, clean, and there's never a wait. If you ask, they'll even grill onions for you, which McDonald's won't do. However, In-N-Out Burger does. I particularly like this location because the restroom is well-maintained.

I was here to pick up an order from the app, but they claimed they didn't have my order even as I watched the app update it to completed. They switched the sizes to smaller sizes and switched the zucchini I paid extra for to fries. Do not use thislocation. It's a scam.

This restaurant has changed since my last visit. They no longer serve white wine, and the chicken breast I had was quite fatty. The Impossible Burger was also disappointing; it was much better when I ate here a year ago. I'm not sure what has led to this decline in quality. View menu

Absolutely disappointing! I visited today and ordered a medium combo, but the fries barely filled the carton—might as well have chosen a small. When I got to the burger, the lettuce was wilted and dark, which was just unappetizing. I couldn’t even finish it. What a waste of money! This location really needs to improve its management!

I returned the next day after realizing that my money had been taken, only to find that there was no manager available to address my concerns. The cashier was just as unhelpful as the previous night, repeating that the manager wasn’t there and mimicking the same “I don’t know” response. I have now wasted gas and time twice, and I can't help but wonder where the problem-solving skills are. How do I get my money back?
