"We ordered seven burgers: I asked for two or three, and my husband wanted four or five. Instead, we received just five burgers, two of which were not prepared the way I like them. Since my husband doesn’t enjoy the way I order mine, those were essentially wasted. This is the second consecutive time that this mix-up occurred, and it wasn't a complicated order. Despite pointing it out, the server still didn't get it right.
We usually tip between $7 to $10, but after discussing the mistake with him, he just stared at us without any acknowledgment. Frustrated, we decided to leave. It was really busy that day, and we had waited an hour, only to be disappointed with the burgers. I was so upset that I almost called to complain. That said, their burgers are usually excellent, and it's rare for us to have a bad experience with them."
