"I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant due to the behavior of one of the staff members. We will definitely not be coming back. The way she yelled at customers this morning was completely uncalled for. A small sign on the door is not enough for most people rushing in, and it’s unacceptable for her to be so rude and disrespectful. I really wish I had caught her name, as she clearly shouldn't be working in customer service. It’s unfortunate for her colleagues to have to deal with her attitude. Additionally, she turned off the beverage machine that dispensed ice, preventing customers from using it. Honestly, it would have been better if she had just stayed home."
