"I placed an online order at 8:03 PM, with a scheduled pickup time of 8:23 PM. I arrived at the restaurant at 8:20 PM and ended up waiting... and waiting... By 9:05 PM, I still hadn't received my food. The person at the window printed my receipt and handed it to me, saying my fries would be ready in two minutes. Five minutes later, he returned to the window and asked when I had placed the order because they couldn't locate it. He then told me to come inside as I was holding up the line. After stepping inside, he informed me that he couldn’t fulfill my order. I was confused because I had already paid for it. Why couldn't they prepare an order that was already paid for? I requested a refund, and he stated that I needed to come in for that as well. Eventually, another employee approached to ask about the problem. After I explained the situation, she told me to pull up, and my food would be ready in five minutes. I finally received my order 15 minutes later. I thought online ordering would be more convenient, but that was not the case! It took an hour and a half to get my food, and the customer service was terrible!"
