"This location has been my favorite for years but in our most recent visit (2 weeks ago) the inside of the restaurant needs a major maintenance job... chipped paint, Knicks in the wall, the TV is now gone and there's a tacky hole, the floor needs a good scrub, the women's restroom was not very clean this time. We went here for lunch and ordered our food, we were told the ice machine was broken so no ice for sodas, the food was good but the look and feel of the atmosphere made us feel as if they're closing this location. Hope they freshen things up."

My first time to a CousinsClub on the asiago bread is pretty good and the style that I like best with a light oil and Italian seasoning.

The subs I received were the smallest I've ever had. All the bags were soggy, which made the food wet. I usually love Cousins, so I was a bit disappointed this time.

You know what you're getting food-wise as this is a normal Cousins Subs chain, but the food is good. Staff are great and waits are not long. I've been surprised on numerous occasions with how fast my sub is ready. Staff are also quick to take your order and modify it however you wish and are friendly.

I've always had a positive experience with this restaurant in terms of both their food and service. However, this time I didn't receive the small bag of chips I paid for, and along with my soup cup, they included just one packet of crackers. Really? Is it too much to ask for a couple of cracker packets? I suppose I'll just take this as a loss and hope for a better experience next time.
