"I recently had the best Chinese food at this place in a long time. The sauces were amazing, the food was perfectly cooked, and the prices were great! The delivery service was also very quick. We ordered sweet and sour chicken, general Tso chicken, and sticky wings. I will definitely be coming back regularly! Overall, I would rate the food as 5 out of 5."

"We love the Oto Sushi in Redmond and we? ve was quite often there. This time we were in the area and decide to eat here, think it would have a similar quality. But it was disappointing. The chicken caraage was dry, the dough tasted like dust. The ikura nigiri was quite fresh, but somehow blanden. The spicy tuna reel was only Blande, no taste compared to what we have at the Redmond branch; the sushi rice was dry, not sticking together. It's really not a good sign that we left food and didn't want to box it."

"Horrible experience. Ordered around 9pm on uber eats for my wife who just gave birth. The restaurant had it preparing for over an hour. I called and nicely asked if they were still preparing the order they said they 'd been done for a while and were waiting for a driver. I told her that they have to switch from Preparing to ready so that an Uber driver can be connected with them and after much back and forth, the lady on the phone did not want to understand this/did not want to do it. After waiting over an hour and 15, we had to cancel the order because there would not have been any other way of getting the food. From this experience, I would never step foot/order from this place again."

"I had a disappointing experience at this Japanese restaurant. While the rolls might be acceptable, I wouldn't recommend trying the sashimi or chirashi—the fish was not fresh at all. Additionally, the kitchen appeared dirty, and the overall experience felt more Chinese than Japanese. The service was awful; the waitress was particularly unhelpful. When I asked if I could substitute a soup for another dish, she cut me off before I could finish my question. In the end, I had to throw away my food."

"I came here for my birthday. First time at this restaurant. Pretty disappointed in the food. We ordered the GF tofu terriyaki. The tofu was barely, if at all, cooked. The texture was awful, tasted raw. Honestly the worst tofu I've ever eaten. We also ordered an avocado roll which was okay except very warm. I believe that the ingredients inside the roll should be cold, as most sushi I've ever had (with the exception of tempura rolls or cooked rolls). We also got the summer veggie roll which was half decent, and honestly the only saving grace of this meal. For sushi in SF or honestly sushi anywhere, we were very disappointed. Certainly never coming back."

"After we ordered and waited, everyone in my group—who are also sushi enthusiasts—was blown away by the flavors! I instantly fell in love with the sushi. The chef, named “K,” and our server, “Bo,” were both delightful! We ended up returning twice before we left. The prices were comparable to other places, with some even being cheaper. Make sure to try the Sex Bomb roll and the Sunrise roll… WOW! What surprised me the most was how empty the restaurant was. I couldn’t believe it wasn’t packed to the brim! "Delicious and clean food. This place is clean and the food we ordered was a little a little set we paid approximately $2.50 potstickers we got with three little tiny ones. I ordered the teriyaki chicken and beef which was super yummy. The meat tasted fresh texture was perfect. Wife ordered shrimp yaki soba. It was a little on the sweet side tasted a tiny bit like ketchup. We will definitely be back to this restaurant just not order the yakisoba. If you like it sweet go ahead try it because the shrimp was cooked perfectly. Portion size was a little bit smaller than other make out places, but it was good quality food"

"We were on the way to another sushi place and it turned out to be closed when their hours showed Google to be open. See the nearest nearby Sushi Square and landed at this point. For a Monday there was a party vibe here, not something expected or something we were looking for, but was definitely a mood-lifting atmosphere! The sushi was very delicious and we enjoyed it very much! It turned out that it was a lovely end of our night after we were disappointed with the place we originally tried to try! The only negatives in this place are the chairs too hard to relax and a/c and or fans were too cold for a night that was already cold. Besides, this service was amazing, eating incredible, almost paid the price. Double-laugh roll was my favorite! (Bottom left in the photo) Silver dragon roll was also amazing. "Cons: Food was pricey and I feel that I didn?t get quality, the ramen broth tasted off, smelled like dirty water, it was really bad ,they should stop selling ramen and focus on sushi , talking about sushi , didn?t have flavor specially the tuna. Pros: The only thing that I liked about the restaurant is that looks really clean ,bathroom are surprisingly clean , service is super fast , waiter was such a wonderful server. "I made reservations and came here for our jubilee (what I put on the reservation) as soon as we arrived, all hostes told us happy annual day. they also went beyond and beyond to make sure that we had a table that was more private! we ordered the short nativity scenes and rocks garnel tempoura and they came out immediately and were delicious. we then ordered a spicy tuna roll that took a little longer, but my partner and I have nothing to do with it. because of the small waiting, the waitress took care of a round drink for us! then we ordered the drunk noodles and the Korean-style malo-Halibut-they were both sharp and so delicious! overall, amazing service and amazing food. "Look…I normally don’t leave negative reviews but this needs to be public. I walked in on a Friday around 6:45pm and asked for a table for 1. It was rather busy and as a result I was told to wait about 5 mins. Less than 5 mins after, a couple walks in, asks for a table and is IMMEDIATELY seated. I looked back at the waitress who said it would be five minutes with a look of confusion and was told “don’t worry, I got you”. Rather than embarrass myself by getting aggressive, I just walked out. I don’t need to tell you what I look like as opposed to what the couple looked like in order for you and the rest of the reviewers here to understand why I’m upset.
