Zencu Sushi Grill - Menu

I highly recommend trying the sushi at this restaurant located in a mall in Japan Town. The sushi was delicious and reasonably priced. One of the highlights was a robot that delivered our food to the table, which was really impressive! I even made a video featuring the robot.

On the positive side, I appreciated how clean the restaurant was, including the surprisingly tidy restrooms. The service was impressively fast, and our waiter was wonderful and friendly. In conclusion, I don't think I'll be returning. There are plenty of other restaurants in the area that offer a better experience. I spent the same amount of money I would at my usual favorite spot, Afuri. I’m sorry to leave a negative review because the place itself has potential, but the food didn’t meet my expectations.

I?m a huge fan of sushi (as you can tell by visiting my profile), and I?ve been to MANY awesome sushi spots? with that being said, Zencu is absolutely the best one I?ve had the pleasure of eating at. The variety is large, and the quality is amazing. The sauces, the fruits, the meats? all incredible. I had 4 different kinds of sushi here (shared amongst others), and there wasn?t one I didn?t like. Not to mention the service, it was great. Very kind and patient waitresses. If you?re looking for an authentic sushi experience with the best sushi in the country, this is the place. This restaurant serves incredible sushi! The fish is exceptionally fresh, and the rolls are quite generous in size. Every dish we tried was delicious—truly some of the best sushi I've ever had, although a few rolls had a bit of a spicy kick. We may have overordered, and the bill was a bit steep, but realistically, one or two rolls per person would have been sufficient. We ended up getting seven rolls, and every single one was fantastic. The atmosphere is lively, and the service is outstanding. The staff are very friendly, and our food arrived quickly. Everything about this place is lovely! I can't wait to return!

I like the general aesthetics of the restaurant, but I liked everything else. I have a volcano roll and my partner has the dragon roll. The sushi was just really bland and it tastes. The texture of the volcanic roller was rough and the amount of crab on the plate was enough to make me a little queen. According to my partner, the Aal tasted on the Dragon Roll. I'm really disappointed because I was hoping for at least some decent Asian food when I decided to travel to Little Tokyo. The service was also a bit meh. Not terrible, but considering how much of a disappointment the food was, the Meh service really only added the whole negative experience.

Amazing sushi here. The fish is really fresh. The rolls are pretty big portions. Everything tastes amazing and goes well. Pretty much the best sushi I've ever had except some of the rolls are pretty spicy. We ordered a little too much and the price came outa little high, But you only need to order like one or two rolls per person honestly. We got literally like seven rolls andeverything came out amazing. Not a single miss. The vibe and ambiance is lively and The service is phenomenal. Zencu has always been a great restaurant to eat at, been coming here for a long long time. I was introduced to this place by a good friend and now I am happy to introduce Zencu to friends and family. Food was fantastic and tasty, no regrets with what we ordered. I Always happy to try different items each time I visit. Service was great, we were taken care of by the great waiting staff. Kudos to the staff for being so kind and helpful. Atmosphere was lively and busy, great place for dates or to get a bite with friends and or family. They validate parking. Nothing to complain about here. Overall you will enjoy Zencu and don 't forget that they have a A rating if that helps.

I like the overall aesthetic of the restaurant but disliked just about everything else. I got a volcano roll and my partner got the dragon roll. Cons: Food was pricey and I feel that I didn?t get quality, the ramen broth tasted off, smelled like dirty water, it was really bad ,they should stop selling ramen and focus on sushi , talking about sushi , didn?t have flavor specially the tuna. Didn?tfeel fresh and I?m really disappointed. Pros: The only thing that I liked about the restaurant is that looks really clean ,bathroom are surprisingly clean , service is super fast , waiter was such a wonderful server. And staff arefriendly conclusion: Sadly I won?t be back , there?s a lot restaurants in the area.
