"Despite Jack in the Box not being the powerhouse it once was—struggling financially and not providing the best treatment for its employees—the staff consistently delivers fresh and properly prepared food. In fact, I've only had an order mistake once, and my burgers and modifications are always correct. The food is consistently hot and fresh. We hadn't visited Jack in the Box in years, but in the past few months, we've been there several times due to the quality of the food. It has become a regular spot for us as long as it stays in business, and we actually prefer it over other fast food chains, including McDonald’s and even some higher-end options like Whataburger. We’ve also tried several locations, and the quality remains consistent. Whether there’s one person or three working, they manage to provide better food and service than places that have 10-15 staff members."

"Though the place was clean and quiet the service was extremely poor. We literally had wait nearly 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. While the cashier was walking around what seemed as if she was ignoring us and when she approached the counter area decided to use her phone. When finally was able to order something she took the order and walked away without receiving my money and was gone for 5 minutes before someone else came and took my money. Waited 10 minutes for my order never to receive my drink the new one mocha creamcilla, which I had to another 10 minutes for someone else to make. When I finally received it did not look it even was what ordered it was watered down with no mocha nor coffee was supposed to be frozen.????‍this was the worst experience ever. Very very poor quality and extremely poor service ????"

"This was the WORST drive thru experience I have EVER HAD! I had picked my mom up from work and I took her to Jack In The Box because she was hungry and it was the only option available (it was 4:30am-4:45am). We got to the window and my mom wanted to add JUST ONE EGGROLL to her order; as I began to ask the attendant if I could add JUST ONE EGGROLL, she cut me off in mid-sentence with a hateful, cold, and terse, I don 't add to orders at the window. When my politely mom asked her why, the attendant condescendingly replied, Because I just don 't. My mom went on to ask her (very nicely) if she could make an exception at which point the attendant turned and walked away from the window. My mom took her phone camera to try and get a picture of the customer service number posted and another worker came to the window and started telling us that we couldn 't record the inside of the restaurant. When we tried to explain that we were attempting to snap a pic of the customer service number, she very rudely proceeded to say, No, you were recording inside and you can 't do that! At that point I snapped back that we were simply trying to get the number to report the terrible service and how we were treated so rudely. She then said if we didn 't leave she was calling the police! If I was responsible for that kind of despicable service, I wouldn 't want it on video either. But, there was no sign prohibiting recording and the fact that she threatened to call the police and refused to give us her co-worker 's name who originally served us made it clear that there is some serious problems with this establishment. The phone number listed doesn 't even work! The food was OK, but not great and the inside looked filthy. Since the manager or owner is not available (and I didn 't get a clear picture of the customer service number) my next call is to the City of Arlington Health Department and Consumer Protection Department. It took a while to draft this review, and I do not usually give bad reviews... But this time, I felt an exception needed to be made to let people know to steer clear of this Jack In The Box..."
